Our room was on the first floor so we had shared balcony with a view on pretty noizy and not very clean yard. But it's not so critical.

Good location (pretty close to the city centre but calm). Responsive administrator. Big shared kitchen. Good value for money. Nice place to stay for couple of days.

Visited it in march weather was quite cold and because of that the apartment felt quite cold, needed to use AC to warm it up.

Good quet place near Comitas prospect, good location, 10 minutes to the city center by walk, very clean and good bathroom.

Lot of steps downwards from the street level. The view from the balcony is disappointing.

Good location, 10 min walk to metro stations in both directions on Baghramyan street. Both the room and the common kitchen are well equipped.

The lady who runs it is extremely kind and helpful, we had a great time and we were sad to leave. There is a large spacious kitchen available and a terrace/garden to relax in. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The bus stop nearby. Thanks for everything!

It’s previous name was Art Guest house. Location 15 minutes walk from city center. Room is clean and bed is comfortable but little bit soft. Staff very kind and helpful. No restaurants nearby but there is a supermarket nearby. There is a small garden and dining room and kitchen guest can cook. Not easy to access to the city center i used to call yandex taxi and it cost around 700-1500 dram. Good for the budget travelers.

Maybe location little bit, sewer pipe smell, sometimes noise from the kitchen (big fridge but not a big deal :)) just because of basement apt next to it.

Staff was very kind, room was big enough and everything was very clean. There is a common kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils and a fridge to store whatever you may need. It is not so close to the city center so just make sure to learn how to take public transport, there is a metro station down the road.

This is hands down the best value for your money you can get to stay in Yerevan, centrally located, clean and comfortable, and with the sweetest staff that accommodates to absolutely anything you may need. It’s not luxurious but has all you need to have a comfortable stay in Yerevan.

The bathroom could be more convenient: 1) A shower curtain could help a lot. 2) It needs some rack or shelves near the shower where soap, shampoo and other things could be placed. 3) The bathroom gets a bit cold, especially if ventilation is on. A towel dryer could help. 4) Hooks for hanging clothes could be an improvement too. I really hope that the management could improve those aspects.

People looking for a warm place to stay in winter, don't miss it! It has central heating and it's really really warm. If you'd like to get even warmer, you can set AC on 30 degrees. The hostess is an amazing woman, always friendly and eager to help. The room was exactly as in the photos. There's a kitchen, a fridge and laundry facilities that you can use. Although a busy road is nearby, it's very quiet in the room, you can't hear the traffic. The shower has a good water pressure and it's heated properly. The room is very spacious and has a lot of storage.

The room next to the kitchen was comfortable and spacious for three people. We really loved the host, she was nice and helpful! The price corresponds to the quality. Free coffee and tea.

Our room was cozy and quiet. No problems with facilities, beds, shower etc. There was a large shared kitchen with fridge and cooking range. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is located on one of the central streets. Easy to catch a taxi to anywhere in Yerevan. The hotel also close to many food stores and dinning including a supermarket with the best currency exchange rate. Thank you, Lilit, for our wonderful stay at your place!
