They are very precious about towels. You can only use the towel for the pool from your room. If you wanted one from pool area you had to pay. If you then use the spa you only have ur pool towel which wasn’t great have a soaking towel.

Breakfast was not ready when started at 8am, the selection was not too big for a 5 star hotel. No Concierge Services available or info on the area.

We liked the room, it was super spacious, comfy beds and nice linen. Bathroom also very big and walk in closet. View as nice and had electrical curtains. Stylish but a bit of kitsch.

The design of the building inside and out is exemplary. Both pools are absolutely fantastic and the food is fantastic. The rooms are equally amazing.

The building is very very nice 👍 The people working there they are very nice and very helpful The mananger of the hotel Klejna she is very professional for her job and she help us with everything we ask. The boys working behind the bar Fregis & Dori and breakfast boys Gjergji & Nelson they are very very friendly and very professional on them. We meet Ivana first night we arrived here and she is lovely and calm person. We defo came back All staff speak English I was very impressed about this hotel ..the best I stay

The only thing we didn’t like was the food. It was really bad. We tried the fish menu and the meat menu and we were very disappointed from everything we tried.

The staff was amazing. They were all very polite and kind. Room was very clean and the whole experience in general was really good and very relaxing.

At the bar they didn't have a proper price list. We were told prices from the menu had been changed, but only found the difference on our bill.

The entire building has a glamorous aspect and the pool has a nice charm. Service was very good also!

The music outside played for us too early. Could have been after 10:00 am instead of 08:00. We always love to sleep a bit longer.

The location is beautiful and outlooks on the sea. The room was very spacious, so was the bathroom! Very pretty.

The airport shuttle taxi arranged for us didn't arrive so we had to make other arrangements to get to the hotel which really worried us as it was my first time in Albania. Also would have liked more selection of food at the hotel restaurant.

All the staff were really nice, especially Sabrina the night shift receptionist that worked with my Fiance to give me a surprise spa experience on my birthday and the Older morning shift waiter that always gave us exceptional service during our breakfast meals.

nothing! but if we have to point out something it is the choice and volume of music at the pool. One enjoys it and the other is bothered by it, we think it is not necessary in such a beautiful atmosphere and environment. and that people were smoking large cigars in the restaurant by the boss himself, which was a real shame that evening for other guests as well. That is really no longer possible in this day and age, especially when everyone on the staff is doing their best and is passionate about the business. he must set an example! nothing more than praise!

All! really worth 5 stars. everything was great. room, restaurant with top chefs, the receptionists in particular great! the service, especially the older waiter at the top breakfast, moved like a butler and was very attentive. The building is only a few years old and has been recreated in an Italian atmosphere, but it certainly radiates quality. The Spa can be reserved for guests each day for private use. it is located a little further from the beach 750 meters. but we preferred to stay at the hotel. you don't want to leave there anymore. We will definitely go back! great hotel!

Everything about this hotel is pleasing from the first impression when you arrive outside it, to the staff, in particularly each and every member of the staff, they are all so committed to making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The spa is also a great place to relax. The location is a bit away from the centre of Durres, but if you are up for a bit of local exploring then make use of the local bus services, 2 euros to Tirana and 40 cents to the centre of Durres!

Staff were all really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was amazing! The rooms are big and spacious with nice luxury touches. The pool spaces were both really clean and well kept. Very relaxing place to stay would definately recommend.

Slightly disappointed with the breakfast I adore fresh fruit and all there was was water melon and some apples . First world problems I know , but you did ask !! The kitchen was right by the dining area and I can’t help thinking that it would be great to have freshly cooked omelettes etc made to order instead of food lying around for a few hours . Just a suggestion !

The opulence It was quiet and we LOVED the 2 swimming pools The room was super comfortable although it wasn’t to my taste my partner LOVED it . Everything in the room worked perfectly .

really fantastic structure, everything was beautiful from start to finish, friendly and always available staff, nothing short of impeccable hotel with large and above all clean rooms, excellent breakfast and beautiful spa, the masseuse was also very good. The kitchen is also excellent, we had lunch there and the dishes are really elegant and good. I will definitely be back.

The pool on the other side of the road the Albanian hits gangster rap music is just unbearable it’s on all day and is far too loud to enjoy that area. Wether during the day by the pool or on an evening. It really ruined that area for us.

Just be aware that if you want a beach hotel the beach is a few streets away. Considering we are from UK where tea is available is on the order of the day, we were a bit disappointed to see we have only 1 teabag in the room.

Very clean, very classy. The place was very quite, privacy +++. Amazing room. The spa was really nice and the fact that you can book the Spa just for your family and friends is great! Breakfast excellent, lots of options! We only stayed in the hotel compound as it was a short visit. Coffee and the minibar in the room was great.

Upon check-in, we noticed that the shower head and taps/sinks were not as clean as they could have been. This was a shame because everything else was amazing! With the location, it was a bit far from the beach and city, but the hotel area itself was really nice :)

It felt like a posh hotel! Lovely decorations, excellent facilities in the hotel area (the two pool areas, tennis court) etc. Breakfast was also really good! They even had avocado toast :) Also, the spa treatment was really good!
