Perfectly located, 5 minute walk from the beach. Lovely balconies, kitchens in every room, sparkling new bathrooms. Egli, the host, gave us awesome tips for beaches around town.

I would just add a curtain to the shower, so that the floor of the bathroom is less likely to get wet.

Egli is extremely kind, helpful, honest and available. I have hardly seen a property so well kept, clean and equipped for this type of facilities. In 7 days of stay, we had our bedsheets and towels changed twice, which I had personally never seen before from other hosts. Overall one of the best stays I have booked through Booking so far, 100% recommend.

Clean and modern apartment, had everything we needed. The host is very friendly and was quick to respond. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants which is perfect if you want to avoid loud music.

Nice room and host. Airco was working good. It was at a nice spot. We took the car to see the beaches (because it was very hot) but it was possible to go by walking. Had a little accident with a nosebleed and the owner said it was oke because he could wash it off. Very nice!

Egli is very nice person, who gave us lots of great tips. The place is beautiful and looks exactly as on the pictures. The location is great - it is couple of minutes to the beach and to the busy centre, meanwhile it is very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The apartment is perfectly well located ,very close to everything you need in Ksamil.Still,you will find peace here as noisy places don’t bother you at all.The private parking is right at your door.The apart itself is freshly designed and neatly decorated.You have literally everything you need.Every detail is anticipated and provided .All things are new,stylish ,comfortable,the bed linen and towels are snow white.The kitchenette is equipped with all utilities you might want for cooking and the fridge is really functional .The owner himself is extremely polite and helpful ,always there to answer your questions or provide you with high level service .Thank you for warm welcome and sincere hospitality )))

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! The apartment is new, really clean, quiet, confortable and the ubication is great ONLY 2 minutes of the center. All of this for an incredible Price! But the Best is the owner EGLI, he is so friendly, funny, honest and servicial. We rescue a dog and he help us in many ways. He shared us an spectacular dishes that the he cooked and invite us to a drink. It was an AMAZING and SPECIAL place to stay and we just want to repeat! You feel really good there with Egli! Location - perfect, there is a supermarket, beach, many cafes nearby and yet you have a place where it is quiet and peaceful. All the facilities in the apartment are new, it smells clean, you get a change of sheets and towels every three days, the kitchen is equipped with all utensils, the balcony was great to enjoy in the evening. I must especially thank Egli, for his hospitality, positive energy, for introducing us to Ksamil and its surroundings, the most beautiful beaches on the very first day. I would come back again one day!
