We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NorwayThe bed was a bit hard, and sometimes there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Also a bit too much noise from the road.
I loved the people working at the hotel! The room was big, and had aircondition, a big shower and a fridge. Practical with a food-store right outside the door. They cleaned everyday, and drove us to the airport.

The view from the balcony was nice, the beach is very close, the staff if really friendly, clean, and clean, very good breakfast with a personal touch, and a really nice buffet. The owner made sure we had a parking spot in front of the hotel ready at all times. For the money, hard to beat the offer...

The was always a place to park in front on the hotel, which was really nice and important ( you will understand why when you are there, especially if you want to go to other places on the weekends:) ) The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly on a daily bases, sheets are also changed after 2 days. The rooms had a refrigerator, AC and a beautiful view. The breakfast is not included, but it is very good and definitely recommended. There is quite some option one could have. The Mango and Flamingo beaches at a 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is a store just across the street and a way bigger one 200 m away from the location of the hotel, where you can find pretty much anything.

United KingdomIt was really clean and the rooms were well-maintained. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they provided parking. The location is ideal as you can visit city centre and check all the famous beaches in Ksamil. The breakfast was buffet style so there were many delicious and home cooked options. If you plan to visit Saranda, definitely stay to this family owned business.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaI wolud recommend this hotel for everyone who's coming to Sarandë. Close to the beach, amazing view from balcony, hotel was super clean, always scented, owners were friendly and very hardworking people who strive to make hotel even better. Room was cleaned every single day and that's big plus for me. I don't have nothing bad to say.
