Unbelievable value,location,view, comfort of beds.Nothing negative,..just a little quirky re: slanting bathroom shelf & things slide off .other than that..no, it's not 5 star,but you are treated so well,you could imagine it.Breakfast is fine.,and as we have extended our stay.. anything in life becomes repetitive . The breakfast was poor and daily the same (at least the coffee is good) The bathroom needs to be fixed at all The lightning sistem in the room is very bad The fridge needs to be changed is old, but it works The elevator is ok Try to avoid the 4th floor, because in the morning the noise from the terrace made by the chairs will be disturbing The hotel restaurant doesn't accept card But in the end, is a 3 star hotel, for these money is reasonable Don't have to much expectations not te be disappointed

Te best thing about this hotel is it's positioning, the view, the fact that it has an terrace and an elevator, and of course, the price.

The room was expensive compared to other accommodations here, yet felt outdated. The bathroom (specifically the shower) needs an update. My room was not cleaned/housekeeping did not come during my stay which isn’t a huge deal but was unexpected considering the price.

Clean and comfortable room with a nice balcony. AC was great. The location is perfect- right on the main promenade but on one end so it is not so loud. Staff were nice and accommodating, allowing me to check in early since my room was done. The receptionist even brought my bags up for me when I stepped out.

Perfect location in front of the beach. A lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Staff was always very helpful. Our room was really nice and spacious. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed also every day and bedsheets every two days.

It could do with some TLC. Some broken / unstable bits of furniture in the room. The shower needs fixing but was fine after figuring out the knack so the water doesn’t go out of the shower. I would’ve liked more vegan options for breakfast other than bread, jam, tomatoes and cucumber. Some soya milk would be great.

Clean in an excellent location with beautiful views of the promenade and sea. There’s a supermarket a couple of doors down and the beach is a couple of minutes walk across the road. Another bigger supermarket is 5 mins walk away. The location is excellent, near restaurants and bars and less than 10mins walk to the Sarande Ferry Port. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room had AC.

The breakfast below expetations, but the major issue was the position of the room that was just up the kitchen of the Restaurant at the ground floor...let's imagine the smell of fried fish in the bathroom in the morning :D

The room was large enough and clean. The position is the real advantage of the structure that is located in front of the seaside.

Shower curtains are not stopping the water to spill on the floor, some rethinking needed. Maybe should consider what other places do regarding no replacing the towels everyday ( Environmental view)

Perfect location,: public beach just in front of the hotel, 5 minutes from the buses terminal, friendly staff. Loved being by the promenade. Seaview was a bonus. Plenty of choices for the breakfasr

The balcony fence was not completely safe because it was less than one metre high. Might be ok for adults but, immagine a children is around. Needs to be fixed

I just don't understand why booking.com mage me pay higher because once there I realized the pricese were actually lower then the website...

The staff is nice, welcoming and very helpful. This hotel is literally by the beach, I didn't need to take any bag with me from my room to the beach. I recommand ta pay higher to get a seaside view because it's really worth it. The room I got was compfortable and cleaned every day. I loved the breakfast buffet, there's enough food and variety (even for me as a vegan) to have an actual brunch. The staff there especially Lola are so caring and nice and they don't hesitate to go overboard to make you feel at home. They were very flexible with the hours and the timing.

Parking is not free, after one day in a pay parking car was scratched on the whole driver’s side and hotel stuff didn’t care about that. Alltogether the trafic in Sarandë is one of the worst in the world. Never again!!!

The air conditioning wasn't very strong so our room was very hot especially when trying to sleep.

I really appreciated the staff, everyone was kind and friendly. The location is perfect very central but quiet to relax in.

We found ants everyday in the room, at night in bed, it looked like they were coming from the balcony or hallway.

The staff was really nice, very good food, nice location and view of the sea, i would give it a 9/10, but....

We could only pay cash and this was nit advised anywhere on the Bookings page and we didn’t have enough cash on us! Also the breakfast does not include coffee!

There was no regular coffee available at breakfast. Only options were caramel flavoured coffee, cappuccino or espresso. Mind boggling how you can prioritise serving caramel flavoured coffee over regular coffee.

Open shower, there was a curtain but the water splashed everywhere. The soap dispenser was kinda broken (everytime we used it the cap fell off, but it did work) Same for the showerhead, a corner of it was broken, so you had to be careful because the edge was sharp. (Probably not the case in all rooms) Also the bed was hard, but I think that's normal in Albania.

Stunning view from the balcony and breakfast terrace. Directly located at beginning (or end?) of the boulevard close to the beach and restaurants and the port of Sarandë. The room was basic but all things included that you need. The ladies at the check-in desk were kind.

The bathroom was very poor maintained, all the grout was yellow and left that feeling of dirty. We had two rooms and oy one air-conditioner at the dead corner of one room without any chance to affect the other room at all. The flies screen was broken we asked to be replaced. They removed it next day without putting a new one. We paid €110 a night and the rooms must offer more comfort and better services.

Amazing view from the room and from the terrace where the breakfast was served. The hotel is very well positioned.
