View, pool and the beach were attraction. Good spread of breakfast. Display of amazing paintings all over the hotel was excellent and presenting a story. We loved the stay.

I liked almost everything in this hotel !

Very good Hotel , the room was nice with great sea view , and the balcony was big clean and well equiped . Staff helpful and polite. Good breakfast in general. There is a spacious parking lot, cosy swiming pool and privat beach too. And the owner is very good person .

Located 10 meters from the beach, the Picasso hotel exceeded our expectations with the kindness of the staff, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I will definitely recommend it to others who want to visit the coast of Albania.

No real sidewalk to walk on when going to restaurants, no real juice in the morning just sugar water. For both I would usually lower it to 9 out of 10 but they have been beyond friendly and helpful even when we arrived super later and parking place was full, providing a towel for our boat tour after check out etc etc so this makes up for more than one star plus the sidewalk is not the fault of the hotel but the community

Super friendly owners and stuff, quite at night, nice restaurants walking distance of less than 5 minutes, good value for money, nice pool and right next to the beach with real sea view.

Clean rooms, close to the beach and a 15-minute drive to Vlore. Many beach restaurants with fresh fish. Incredibly friendly and accommodating owners and staff. Simple breakfast but has everything you need.

On arrival we were lucky to get a upgrade to a deluxe room, which fabulous with an incredible view. Very welcoming and helpful owner and staff, nothing was too much. Breakfast was delicious. The location may be tricky without a car, but we enjoyed it.

Everything into the hotel was very nice. The breakfast was great! the car parking with plenty of spacius . the bed was confortable.

Coffee could be better - nowhere in Albania i got good quality coffee. All hotels must improve it. Light bulb in bathroom must be white, not blue ;-)

There could be a bit more variety for the breakfast, but in general the quality was good (also the coffee). The rest of the negatives are more related to the ongoing construction at the water front. Once finished, the location is great. The seawater was sometimes later in the day not very clear, which we attributed to the ongoing construction in the bay.

Very nice family-run hotel with a lovely pool and awesome views from the seaview rooms. Good restaurants in walking distance or just a short drive away.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our short stay truly delightful. We loved our night swim in the pool and spent the days relaxing on the private beach. We’ll definitely be returning!
