Perfect location if you coming with the bus from Sarandë or leaving for Sarandë, because the bus stop is around the corner. Very helpful staff, Miguel and the receptionist (sorry, forgot the name). Breakfast with a few is super incredible, and the selection of food is very delicious! I really enjoyed it. The rooms are super new and very clean. You can‘t complain at all.

We spent 4 fabulous days in Ksamil. We can't wait to go back and stay in Otto. Arel and Miguel were fantastic hosts. Professional and accommodating. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious.

Staying at Otto's hotel was a great experience. The host was amazing and very welcoming, the room was clean, it had daily cleaning, a balcony and free parking. The location to the main spots in Ksamil was good too. The breakfast was delicious as well, one of the best we've had in Albania.

I honestly cannot think of anything we did not like during our stay. We had a very small problem with the shower's drain, which got fixed immediately as soon as we told the staff.

This hotel was probably the best one we stayed during our trip to Albania. Such a nice place! The staff was really kind and helpful, we chatted a lot during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we got ourselves waiting for it on the next day. The location is a 5 minute walk to the beach, which was very much what we expected. There are markets and restaurants around and the beach clubs are near. They have a parking place, but there was also plenty of spots right in front of the hotel at the street. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice as well. We really felt taken care of!

There was nothing we didn’t like .

The room was spotlessly clean , the breakfast was good and there was bread , eggs sausages , cereals yoghurt, tomato, cheese, cucumber , as well as Albanian Pettler which was wonderful with jam , fig tart that was home made and crepes and pancakes during our stay . The owners also helped us to arrange a boat trip that was amazing where we had grilled fish , tomatoes , cucumber grilled bread and cheese served on a deserted beach that was freshly bbq’d it was a wonderful day out On the return boat ride we were served wine and fresh fruit . We look forward to returning to The Otto hotel in the future.

Rooms - Large, very large bed, minimalist, clean. The mattress was awesome! We slept really really well! Service - Was very nice, they were incredibly helpful (in everything) when we searched for example for restaurants, bars, nightclubs. We arrived earlier than the expected and they were very nice, and since the room was already clean, they allowed us to check-in without any extra fee. Location - City center, near to best beaches, like 200m , 30m from the bus station, 100m from very nice restaurants… We definitely recommend.

Spacious, clean, great central location, walking distance to beach and bus stop steps away. Excellent breakfast. Friendly owners. As it was the end of the season, they gave us a free upgrade, and the owner drove us to Butrint when he noticed that we had missed the bus.

New hotel with spacious rooms, modern and smart design. Rooms are large, with smart storage capacity. Small balcony with drying rack for your towels and swimsuit.Fantastic breakfast with a mix of traditional and continental food. Nice breakfast room / terrace on top floor. And great coffee! Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would have loved to stay one more night but it was fully booked- which I can understand!

We liked everything in this hotel, but if I could give a suggestion for a small improvement, it would be to have a place to put soap/shampoo while we take a shower.

- The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! We were within walking distance of all the main beaches, and there were a lot of restaurants around it. - The staff was amazing, I think I've never stayed at a hotel with such kind and careful staff, thanks for the fantastic experience you gave us!

The street is very noisy and you could hear everything that was going on outside from our room.

The location was very good, just 2 blocks away from the main beach in Ksamil and the “pier”. The rooms were comfortable and functional and they served a solid breakfast. The hotel manager was very nice and attentive, he was also very helpful when a friend needed medical attention. We were very thankful for his help.
