The only way to get to the hotel is through the beach. Some of the staff are not friendly at all. For breakfast, there is food only for the first to arrive, after that they do not replenish.

The room wasn’t like on the pictures. It was a lot smaller.. Allthough they changed beddings and towells daily, it wasnt so nicely cleaned. We could still spot some stains on the sheets and blankets as well in the bathroom area.

It was nice to have private beach with your own sunbeds. It’s located on more “private” area, out of the town Vlore, so it was quiet and family friendly. Breakfast was nice, so were the prices of drinks and food. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

Breakfast must be improved. They served with exactly the same menu for every 5 morning. Buffet style would be most welcomed otherwise they should let guests choose how eggs to be prepared at least. So I would suggest the property 1: Selection of main dish from 3-4 kinds. 2: Vegitable, fruits and breads in buffet style.

The staff should improve english skills. And also one more thing - all the things we drank and ate we kindly asked to write on one list with paying all the things during check-out. Also my husband had one massage. And that is the thing - at 23:15 p.m. the lady from reception called to phone to our room to asked my husband come down to reception and pay for massage. I was already sleeping, so the phone call woke me up. I dont know if it was really necessary to call us at that time, but if I know, after 22:00 p.m. is the “night rest”. I was a bit angry, because finally we paid everything (includes a massage) during our check-out next morning without any troubles. So maybe next time, ask the customer to pay service either after massage, or during check-out, but no calling to customer at 23:15 p.m. because it doesn’t make any sense…

Generally, the hotel and private beach was nice. Also the pool. Hotel looks like new, stylish. We found there everything what we needed. Also, after the check-in, we had some troubles in room and the hotel changed our room. Also, the meal was perfect. The room was clean and also there is a nice parking area.

1) Room: When we entered our room, the sink was leaking and since the fridge must’ve been unplugged, it was also standing in a lot of water. Also, the inside door frame was literally falling apart. Apart from that, the room didn’t feel properly clean - especially in the bathroom. And the electronic key card to our room wasn’t working so we got a manual key. However, the cleaning staff did not lock our doors after they were finished. 2) Staff: we complained about the things mentioned above immediately, but nobody seemed to care. The water problems seemed to be fixed when we were out on our second day. The staff was also not very courteous when wanting to order food or drinks at the restaurant (including a simple coffee order for breakfast). They ignored guest unless one actively asked for their attention. 3) Breakfast: was supposed to be from 8-10am. When we got there at 8am, breakfast was not ready and we waited until 8:30am. 4) Access: the hotel is a bit hidden behind other hotels and buildings and no proper street goes to the hotel and parking lot. It was hard to find it.

Nice view on the sea, immediate sea access, free parking. In general, the property made a good impression but had some flaws…

Lack of beach towels.

The place was brand new, just opened in June 2021 as we were told. The stay was mostly pleasant. The hotel needs some improvements. One particular thing that I have never seen anywhere else I have traveled is the lack of beach towels. The hotel offers beach umbrella and beach chairs but doesn’t offer towels for the beach which was very strange. I have never seen that before, so if you plan to use the beach you should buy your own beach towels prior. The staff was nice and the waiters were very friendly. Overall good experience.

We ordered room for 20 nights but we left the hotel after first day because of the diffrence beteween what we ordered and what we received.The swimmingpool view was covered.Water in the pool was cloudy.Room was smaller then in the pictures and very dirty,night stand was ripped out of the wall,lamps without bulbs,the safe was unattached,water from toilet pours down your legs,the paint is peeling from the ceiling, breakfast very poor for "4stars"hotel and coffee you must pay self, unfriendly service and aggresive boss. Scammers.

There could be more hangers to hang towels and clothes in the room and bathroom. The shower didn't have a separation from the sink, so every time you shower the sink part gets all wet and the things under the sink too. But those are small details. The prices in the restaurant were quite high, even for the region. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the spa, as it was not functioning. The spa only works outside of the summer season (September to May), and the outside pool only works during the summer season (June to August). So you can never enjoy both facilities on the same visit, which is a pity.

The breakfast was very nice, it even had fruits, which is a great plus (in Albania very few hotels have fruits for breakfast). The pool was very nice, with seawater. The room was beautiful, the bathroom and the shower were excellent. The toilet had a separate door, which is excellent, so you can use the sink and shower even though another person is using the toilet. The staff of the reception and restaurant were very courteous and professional.

Property is very new, so everything is comfortable and modern, you can choose from rooms with seaview or mountain or even both. They provide beachbeds for guests, breakfast spread was amazing and had lots of options. Staff were incredibly nice! Wifi worked well, clean overall.

Nobody from the staff dont know enligsh, they dont have menu on english, you must translate on google to know what to order for lunch. We were waiting for 45 minutes for two soups even that we were the only goast in the restorant, to not talking about other eating. We were paying big amount but you are not allowed to use the spa or the indoor pool you must pay extra from person. The staff is bad, uneducated, unkind, they dont know how to work with strange turists.

Me and my husband were in the hotel for nine days, nine days the breakfast was the same. The breakfast included some fruits, eggs, sausage, bread, pancakes, milk, juice. And that we have was not tasty. The breakfast time was suppossed to be from 8 do 10 o clock, but if you get on 9 00 you will dont have a lot of products.

The service quality of the staff was far below standard. Here are a few examples: We had to ask three times that the additional bed for our child was brought into our room. But: we had to cover the mattress and the bedspread with the sheet ourselves. Breakfast was announced to be from 8 to 10 am. But breakfast was only ready at 9 am. After taking to the staff and even the manager, nothing changed. There was a very loud party on the patio one night until far after midnight. Since the guest rooms are directly above the patio, we experienced the same loud volume in our room. After kindly asking the staff to reduce the volume, nothing changed. The hotel offers a 24 hour service. When our child got sick in the middle of the night, we needed help and tried to reach the 24 hours service hotline. It lasted very long (compared to other other of the same category) to get someone on the line and also the willingness to help us was very low.

The hotel is situated directely near the sea with a nice private beach. It also has a beautiful view on the sea from the patio.

Really bad breakfast and no hot coffee , all the hot stuff like eggs and sausagges vere cold - bad spa treatment(not educated staff) - slow waiters - bad communication with the staff(they speak very bad english They are not ready to live up to the requirements that tourists from western and northern european countries demands - but I hope they will improve There was a lot of noise and the doors is very thin and therefore you can hear everything from the hallways

The water in the toilet because the drain wasn’t working and smells bad and didn’t clean the room daily because they were short in staffed.
