We did not know that if we book a cabana we have to be there by 10am or else we will lose our place. Thankfully cabanas were available next to the pool so we made use of those.

Breakfast was poor selection and lacked fresh juice and sliced fruit. Also repetitive. Food in the restaurant was bland. Waiting staff in restaurant were not very good, apart from one. A little thing but the pillows were so lofty you couldn’t use them- they looked good though!

Positives: location, reception and cleaning staff and waiters in the beach lounge section. The room and balcony are lovely. Great vibe.

Nothing, I couldn’t have been more amazing!

I absolutely adored my stay at lost. The room was incredible with a gorgeous sea and pool view. The staff could not have been more accommodating, they took care of every request and even planned my proposal with my boyfriend plan on the grounds of lost! The food was amazing, so much options on the menu and the cocktails were also divine. I would highly advise anyone to add this to their list of places to stay.

Staff at the beach club didn’t confront guests next to us being playing their own music loudly and being sexist. Quite loud at night but to be expected when booking a hotel with a club.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms and a great beach club. Reception staff (Dario) were very helpful and accommodated us arriving early. Breakfast was good!

The music in the beach club is quite loud making it not so suited to rest. The rooms are not very sound proof. During our stay a couple fought for hours during the night. The soundproofing made it impossible to sleep.

I went there during the off season so the pool was closed and didn’t get to really get the full experience but it was a really nice place.

The property looked exactly like the photos. It looks so modern and luxurious. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend this property.

Hotel guests don‘t have to pay for normal sunbeds but need to pay 70€/day for the ones in the front with the net - the same price as external guests. The breakfast buffet is really small and everyday the same. We stayed 4 nights and were tired of it after 2 nights. For the high price per night we would have expected more

Best beach club facilities in Sarande IMO. I didn’t realized there were only less than 12 rooms and the rest are short term rentals. Pool is amazing!! Beds and loungers are beautiful!!

The bed wasn’t great. Bit of a hole in the middle. Somewhat noisy room. It’s good to note that its a beach club with a hotel instead of the other way around. The beach club personnel felt somewhat distant and commercially oriented.
