The apartmant was very clear, the owners are tidy and kind. The terrace was amazing, with big and stabile tables. The location itself is quiet and calm.

Amazing location that tucks you away from the big cities. The room provides everything you need. The hosts were very friendly and proactive. The nearby town is good for picking up a few things but not really somewhere to go out, which worked perfectly for me because I just wanted to sit on the beach.

We were surprised that the money was debited from our card more than a week before we arrived.

The kitchen was tiny, but then again, it was a very low price accommodation, so it's ok :) don't expect to be able to cook for a big family there

This is situated in a marvellous location, right by the beach. The beach is actually not too busy, it is on a secluded stretch amongst other beach apartments owned by locals we loved the proximity to the beach, especially the kids! The sunset is worth it alone!

Shame there is no door leading to the front terrace but it's not far to walk around the back.

Clean and comfortable room with very good en suite shower room. Beds are super comfortable and fluffy towels.

The room itself is great. Comfortable beds, nice little kitchenette area, small refrigerator. Clean dishware, kitchen soap, and towels. It was spacious, with window, and AC unit. These things are great! Unfortunately, our particular room had a strong smell of mold, probably coming from the clothes closet. So, that was unpleasant as we are sensitive to mold. I hope they are able to remove the source of the mold. But, we would definitely stay in other rooms. Our friends stayed in the bigger room and it was fine - no mold problems there.

This is a perfect location on the bay. The beach is right outside the room. It is on a more private strip of beach and the views are great. Great outdoor sitting area and beach chairs. The views are stunning. We will definitely return to this place and share this hidden gem with other friends. The hosts were very kind and helpful, even sharing fruit and raki with us. Sonila was very prompt with messaging. This is a great place to relax and the host and parents are super helpful and friendly. We have stayed several places in Orikum and this is our favorite by far! We recommend it. The indoor space is very clean (floors, kitchenette area, bedding, bathroom area, entry area).

Too much beautiful sunshine, fresh air and unbelievable views. The lounge chairs are way to comfortable and the fresh fish that’s available every morning was way too tempting. Wi-Fi was overly powerful and the T.V. with cable was flawless. 🤠

Self catering with nice kitchenette and all the things you would need. Many markets and shops in town only a short 10 or 15 minute walk with anything you could desire. Taxis are also available here!

The staff was friendly. The room was close to sea, in the hall there was a colective washing machine and big deep freezer. The place was safe for children, without stairs and dangerous corners.

-Very nice appartement -Clean bathroom / very nice shower!! -They have a private beach with beach lounges and an umbrella for free! -Near the center of Orikum -The couple who own it are the kindest people -price - Quality is excellent -best place to stay when you are in Orikum in my opinion

Everything was just perfect. The place is perfect for vacation with kids. The apartmant is just on the beach. You can eat relax and listen the waves. Sonila and her father are so friendly and helpful. I totally recomend this place. We bought fresh fish and we were cooking just on the beach and it was so delicious. They just have everything you need. Washing machine is the great staf when you are with kids. You have comfor you have everything you need for perfect vacation. Thank you Sonila ❤️

Orikum is still developing village. So outside accommodation beach and village may feel a bit dirty in places. (This is not case of accomodation- private beach which is taken care of)

Everything was allright. Pictures really corresponds to accomodation. Clean with beach literally outside. I even had dog with me so private beach was a great plus. Owner's daughter was available via whats up for any questions in English - very helpful (as her father- owner of property does not speak english) Overall it is peaceful and quiet place.
