They asked me for tax has they say all of the hotel ask for tax in Albania, I been more 3 hotels none of them asked for that.. I think just a way to get more money lol

Regarding the property was nice and everything same has the pictures, the room are small but but you have enough space for 2 people, the food are very nice. They have a little dog at the entrance was very cute.

Since we came end of april the pool was not ready yet. I originally booked a room on the ground floor with terrxe which was more expensive but got a balcony room instead. The water in the shower took very long to warm up.

Perfect location at the beach and close to the centre. Size of the rooms and nice bathrooms. The view was absolutely amazing and the fruit sallad for breakfast really fresh.

Hair dryer in the room wasn’t working, hotel didn’t have beach towels all days.

The view you get for the price is incredible. The staff is very helpful, hotel coctails very tasty and the food is highly recommended at the hotel restaurant.

Just a few observations (they didn’t take away from our stay and would still come back in a heartbeat). 1. Better coffee options at breakfast would be great, as the instant coffee they used was not good, but we are espresso and fussy coffee drinkers so that’s just us. 2. Restaurant is expensive and we didn’t eat here at all for lunch or dinner but I think that’s just the norm for south Sarandë. 3. Bottled water in the room would have been nice.

The pool area is absolutely beautiful, could not fault the setting if you just want to lounge by the pool, which we did. We got a room on the top floor which had the most incredible views (south facing). The staff were very helpful and you didn’t have to pay for towels or sun loungers which is a big plus for this area. Loved the breakfast, loads of variety and stuffed ourselves from it every morning. Would come back definitely!

The quality of rooms was pretty good but some aspects did not meet price to quality expectations. There are little details which are not in line with the price they ask.

The view and location was very good. This is the area you want to be! Situated close to stores, mini food/snack markets, restaurants, shops, taxi station and bus stop, excursion agencies nearby. Well served area. The entire hotel staff, restaurant staff and bar staff was great. Everyone very kind, polite, professional and helpful. Also good security at this hotel.

The only thing that could be better, is a bigger beachfront, which is quit small Thr price is a bit high compared to the last years (before 50€/person and now 80€/person per night)

There was a musty smell in room due to carpet as flooring and humidity and water facilities doesn’t help.

Great facilities with pool, sun beds, and great water views. Bathroom and rooms were spacious. The breakfast had a good variety. Staff were always hustling. and location is very close to the town.

There's a constant smell in the bathroom on the ground floor, but not too bad and doesn't come to the room if bathroom door is closed. Breakfast is always the same, although it's good and tasty. Parking can sometimes be a problem. A bit more expensive than in my opinion it should be.

Very close to the sea. Has a pretty little pebbly beach. Nice view, especially at night. Polite and friendly staff. Small but comfortable rooms with a terrace. All in all a nice place to enjoy a summer vacation.

We found the staff, with the exception on the young lady on reception, to be unhelpful, dismissive with some quite bizarre behaviour. Some examples. We had booked a sea view room months previously. At check in the young lady took our details and gave us a card with our room number on it. Another lady arrived and after a conversation in Albanian and a check of the computer explained that we had been given the wrong room. She took the card from me crossed out the room number and wrote in the new number. The room was at the back of the hotel with a view of the carpark. We returned to reception and showed a copy of our booking confirmation and after many excuses and an offer of 10% off the hotel restaurant, which we declined, we ended up with the room we had been given originally. A sea view room. In addition, one evening my wife an I were in our room reading when the electronic door lock opened and a male member of staff walked into our room. He claimed he had knocked before entering but couldn't really explain why he was there. He mentioned something about an iron, said sorry and backed out. We were puzzled and somewhat unnerved that a member of staff would enter our room uninvited and without knocking. There were other examples but I think you get the message. Even allowing for language and cultural differences the staff attitude left a lot to be desired.

The location was excellent with many restaurants and markets close by. There is beach access, a reasonable sized pool and the views from the sea view room was amazing.

Too much heavy noise of music the whole day. Till 12 o’clock at night. Tv in room was not working. Room had not been looked after well. Breakfast was fine.
