Its 30m proximity to the beach was in fact true however it wasn't a swimmable beach and not nice to walk on as had lots of seaweed and muck. The nicer beach was along the promenade which had beds for €10.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Beds comfy but our balcony view was of the car park. Whilst our booking was confirmed as 'room with a view' we didn't expect the view to be that.

The decoration was very beautiful, the hotel very clean, the staff super friendly and the restaurant had great food and wine. The room had a balcony with a sea view. We had a great stay there.

Staff was extremely polite, helpful and kind. Lovely people! Breakfast was good and you can have fresh cup of coffee when you want. Rooms were clean, just renovated with a stunning sea view and it was also nice to watch people passing by via volga avenue. Room was cleaned, towels changed etc.. every day. Location is perfect as its on the beach but also just 5min walk from the centrum. Theres plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, fast food, supermarkets etc around this hotel, everything you need. You can even see a perfect sunset from your balcony. I recommend this place for every type of travellers, from families to party people.

The breakfast could be better, not enough variety. The safe didn't work, and was told they were going to fix it and had to order new special batteries, but never happend. (We found out the last day it was just regular AA batteries). I would love to give the hotel top score, but i really don't recommend anyone to stay a saturday night, since the room floors is located above a nightclub that plays extremely loud techno music from 10pm to 4am. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Very nice and modern hotel, it has kinda a perfect location, walking distance to the centre of Durrës and really close to the ocean, with a small beach just a phew steps away from the hotel. The service is really good and they try to help you as much as possible, and was very helpful to give recommendations for daytrips and things to see. We stayed 1 week and the room was perfectly cleaned everyday.

Like already mentioned it´s max 3* hotel for European standards. Entrance is through their restaurant which is not the best solution when there are many people. Unfortunately the worst thing is breakfast, not much choice and food is not the greatest. Room was dusty in some places too.

Nice location, comfortable beds. Anyway for sure it´s not a 4* hotel. Please bear in mind that all standard in Albania are lower than in the EU. 4* hotels are in reality 3* in the European classification. Located just by the sea but quite far away from nice beaches. The ones just outside the hotel are not the best quality. Many restaurants around and lively area with some other attractions. They have a terrace on the top floor with a nice view around the area.

The Breakfast menu was very basic and the staff was confused with the room and gave us a room that was occupied and later gave us a room that is not the one we booked, so we had to walk to the reception several times until we got the right room. Other than that it's a good place and has beautiful view and good restaurants around.

Big problems with parking, insufficiently stocked breakfast at certain times, unprepared waiters who do not speak english, lack of a table and enough chairs on the balcony.

Beautiful and clean rooms and bathroom, very good and varied breakfast, good positioning (but there is no usable beach nearby, just a few kilometers away), the receptionist named Olta saved our vacation and brought 2-3 extra points to the hotel.

Unexpectedly had to book this hotel due to a cancellation by our host on an apartment and was really pleased with the hotel. On the waterfront promenade and close to many bars and restaurants. The room was large and spotlessly clean. Great value for money.

Very nice hotel at the seaside of Durrës - spacious suite with huge terrace, overlooking the sea. Friendly staff - the young lady at the reception went out of her way to help us, arranging trustworthy transportation to Tirana [30 mins] and airport [25 mins] by taxi. On one occasion, we came back to the hotel rather late [1pm] - the restaurant was closed, but the owner prepared a lavish plate with bread, cheese, ham and fruit for us. This kind of service really makes a difference and adds to the experience!
