Alexander's house was great. He was pretty helpful. The location is awesome and it just takes 5 mins of walking to the beach. Fully secured parking with a lot of open space for the kids to play. Shops are nearby. Mat for the bathroom would have been better. Highly recommended!

There are only curtains on the windows and there are lights outside so it was a bit light at night. Bathroom doesn’t have curtains by the shower so it gets wet on the floor.

it is very loud outside of the property and I know it has nothing to do with the property, but there are so many hotels/restaurants playing so loud music at the same time, luckily it all finished at midnight, but I was frustrated till than :(

Owner was very attentive and easy to communicate too! Studio was very spacious and well-equipped, even though I stayed only one night I had everything for staying long term too :)

2 things, neither of which are down to our host 1. mosquitoes in the garden 2. we visited on May 2nd and the town was dead, really dead. Local mini-markets just stocking up for summer season, but only with crisps and drinks really, nothing more. Most of the bars and restaurants were closed during in visit. We drive into town and found everything we needed very easily however.

Check in was with the housekeeper who seems to be on site most of the day. I had data/phone anxiety despite good communications with the host. I've been places recently where my phone would not work and I had difficulty contacting the host. The studio was equipped with everything we needed. Only one night but we cooked a meal. Our apartment had a very nice balcony overlooking the garden. The place is an oasis among high rise and very handy for the beach, just a minute's walk.

The hospitality of the owners was excellent, a warm smile and a desire to help about everything we needed or could need. Location is OK, quiet, far enough from main street and sea to avoid traffic and sea noise but close enough to the beach, only 2-3 min walking. There are a lot of markets and restaurants near and friendly staff willing to help.

Guest house is surrounded by high-rise, but that is the nature of Shengjin. We therefore appreciated the private, "old-style" guest house even more :-)!

Small, privately-run guest house with only 4 rooms. Each room with own balcony and kitchen with all you need. Good TV and wifi and very fast communication with owner. Beautiful garden which guests can also use. 5 mins. walk to the beach. Quiet location away from the main street. Very helpful owner and house keeper who both make you feel welcome and at home.

A great location just 5mins from the beach, on a side of the town where the beach is cleaner at with less people, and still markets just a min away from the appartment. There is a parking for the car. And all the amenities in the appartment. But what I am greatful the most is the service. Since I forgot my sports shoes, not just they kept them but even brought them to a distant location I provided for the transportation. All in all, great value for the money! Definitely recommended!

It would need some modernization. Furniture from the 80s. We had a room facing the garden, but it still seemed a little dark to us, probably because of the furniture. The shower is without walls, along with a toilet and a sink. It's just my opinion. How low cast is fine.

Very good communication with the owners. Even at 22:00 they answered my question. Because I couldn't turn on the air conditioner. We were with two small children, they won on the toys that are available in the closed area. Big yard for playing. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. Market within 4 minutes.

we were probably the first accommodation in a long time. the room and kitchen equipment is only basic and older. the shower is part of the bathroom.

we chose the accommodation because of the possibility of parking in the garden. the price for the accommodation was favorable, but it corresponded to the conditions in the accommodation.
