We absolutely loved the Faces & Places Hotel! It’s such a stunning, peaceful and chic place, with the most helpful hotel staff! The location is great and I can’t recommend it more!

Location is great, in the city center, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The best was the communication of the hotel receptionists, unfortunately I forgot to ask for their names, they were very nice, kind and helpful, texted us the directions and other details on the hotel and sightseeing by WhatsApp. Also, parking was nicely arranged at a very short notice. Rooms were clean, the bed was the most comfortable out of other 4 hotels we stayed at during our 11-days travel to Albania and Montenegro. We stayed at this hotel one night before our flight back home. A special thing is their breakfast. The choice is less than one would expect, but it has gorgeous home made cakes and pies freshly baked by the nice lady there. I would like to thank her for amazingly tasty breakfasts she prepares and serves. Thank you very much to all the hotel team, we will come back.

Really excellent little hotel. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they provided amazing local recommendations (sent via WhatsApp so you have then with you at all times) and the rooms were beautifully fitted out and so comfy! Couldn't recommend this hotel enough

The twin room did not have a lot of light but it was still super cozy

The room we were in was very small, dark as not much natural light and although they upgraded me I could not see the difference from other rooms. There were no pics on Booking.com except of the suites. Everything is new but little things like the mirror too low in the bathroom, shower flooding the bathroom were slightly annoying. No chair or desk table etc but access to the courtyard with outdoor furniture.

The hotel is a newly refurbished building, very central but quiet and beautiful. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were good. They kindly let us leave our luggage when we went off to Berat for a night. The rooms are very clean and new.

Bathroom mirror is too low but it's alright if you move and sit on the bedroom tables (they're like stools) Pack light as there's no elevator or anyone to bring your luggage up, but if you're easygoing like me it's really not an issue nor many stairs

It was clean and very central. Recently renovated and the staff is amazing. I didn't get to try the breakfast as I ended up staying in their comfortable bed and missed it but I would definitely stay here again when I visit Tirana next :)

Amazing communication and support from the staff - you feel like a premium guest with how they respond to your queries. The place is beautifully renovated and maintained, and the building itself is unique. It is located in a walking distance from all of the main tourist attractions in a pleasant neighbourhood close to fish market with a lot of bars and restaurants. Overall very nice stay and we were glad to come back to the hotel after sightseeing. Great cake at breakfasts.

Modern, absolutely beautiful decor. Safe and peaceful location within walking distance to where we wanted to go. Super friendly staff that had dinner recos and gave us an upgrade without extra cost. Parking space was found right next to the hotel building.

It was our first introduction to Albania / Tirana! We have been so incredibly surprised by this Boutique hotel! It is a hidden gem ( just opened ) from where you can visit the city perfectly and on your return enjoy the oasis of tranquility. Not to mention the team and in special Megy who takes the stay to the next level by her hospitality/information and arranging taxis/good restaurants etc. We decided to end the last 2 days of our road trip (3wk)at this fantastic Boutique hotel!

I don't know if I could name one thing that could be improved.

The staff. They were very understanding when we had travel plan hiccups and didn't cancel our reservation. They were also helpful in organizing things for us while we were there. The hotel is in a great location near downtown - basically everything you'd want to see. The room was very clean and A/C worked amazingly. It is a great hotel

A quiet and cosy hotel conveniently located near a supermarket, with local buses within a few minutes’ walk.

Nothing to complain about except we would have loved it if there would have been a few more choices at breakfast, like yoghurt for example.

Very kind and service minded staff. The room was nicely decorated with comfy beds and a spacious bathroom.
