The staff was amazing: they safely guarded our parked car for 3 days while we where on a trip in the mountains. They arranged all the transportation and provided information. The central area/dining area was a lovely quiet spot in the busy city of Shkoder. Airconditioning in the room was perfect, bathroom spacious and clean. The beds were also very comfortable, a bit on the harder side but still very nice.

Breakfast service in the morning was slightly slow, we kept reminding staff about my breakfast when my husband has already eaten his.

We stayed at this hotel to visit Shala River the following day. The staff prepared a takeout breakfast for us to take with us. They were so sweet. Also the following day the breakfast was very abundant and good

The hotel was clean and modern with fabulous decor, particularly the bathroom. The location was perfect for catching buses up to the mountains as well as walking into the main part of the city for the bars and restaurants. Their sister restaurant was excellent and amazing value for money.

This felt like 5* accommodation at very reasonable prices! It has a lovely boutique feel with a beautiful courtyard. The underground parking was a big bonus with the extreme heat! The hotel also booked our travel for the Valbona-Theth hike and had our tickets ready on arrival :)

Amazing hotel situated in lovely building in centre of Shkoder. We stayed for one night travelling between Kotor and Tirana and the whole stay was great - early check in, massive room and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more!

Beautiful hotel, exceeded our expectations! Rooms are nicely designed, very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. Delicious breakfast in the nice patio. Hotel is located within short walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. Would definitely visit again.

Hotel interior is very elegant. The room was comfortable with recently renovated bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is close to cafes, bars and restaurants.

Lovely breakfast and very helpful team on the front desk. I hired a bike for the day too and it was a good bike at a good rate. Room was spotless and really comfy and relaxing.

This is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely. I was very impressed with the staff as they went above and beyond to assist us. I had a medical emergency and broke my leg during a hike in Theth and the staff was so accommodating. They brought me breakfast to my room, and allowed us later check out to give us more time. I will return here one day for sure.

As a nonsmoker, our only complaint would be that there wasn’t any separation in the dining area from inside to “outside,” so it made eating breakfast less enjoyable with the smoke wafting everywhere. However, our room was wonderful and totally smoke-free!

The property was centrally located and the room was lovely, meticulously clean, and modern with charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this ecellent boutique hotel and is well located with undergroundparking. Our room was spacious and clean The restaurant courtyard was delightful - good breakfast choices which they didn't mind us changing a bit along with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Lovely old historic building around courtyard where breakfast served. Modern big well designed rooms. Comfortable and well equipped.Staff delightful and very helpful. Great breakfast. Car park is difficult to drive into as underground and steep descent. Staff will park car if required. Just ask at reception
