Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelExcellent flat in a very good location, Rovena was a great host very accommodating and super friendly. She was available at all times to answer any questions and provided everything we needed. There is everything you need in the apartment and it was very clean, modern and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Best booking in tirana and would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.

Everything about the host, apartment, and amenities was excellent. The furniture is brand new, and the bed is incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep. Moreover, the cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable.

Apartment is very cozy situated not to far from city center. Grocery, pizzeria and caffe downstairs. Host very kind and helpful. I enjoyed good times here. Strong recomend for single travellers and couples as well.

FranceThis was such a nice and comfortable apartment, exactly as the name and description says it. The place was extremely clean. It had a nice kitchen with all the amenities. I enjoyed the complimentary fruit and bottle of water. The living room was spacious and the sofas were very comfortable. I enjoyed the nice big bed in the badroom; I loved the shower pressure in the spacious bathroom. The apartment is in a modern building with big elevator, close to main city attractions. I walked to the New Bazaar, right in the center, in 10 minutes and enjoyed local food and beer:). There are two nice coffee bars and a small groccery store in the ground floor of the building. Other bars and a big groccery stores are just a few minutes away. Parking in the street is easy to find and Rovena is very helpful and responsive. I will definitely come back.

Rovena is a great host explaining me everything about the apartmwnt, neighborhood and gave me some tips to visit Tirana. She provided me a parking place in -1 floor in the same building. The apartment has all the necessary amneties. Wifi was excellent and very high speed. The apartment is close to city center, only 15 minutes walking. There is a small supermarket in the same building and two nice coffe shops with play ground for kids. Higlhy recommend!
