The staff were incredibly accommodating helping us extend our stay, bringing soya milk with the breakfast in our room, organising dinner reservations, and even driving us to the Port at 5am in the morning. The room was clean, large, and had everything we needed + a bonus sea view.

The pillows are very thin

Beautiful new hotel a close walk to downtown or a fast 5 minute taxi. The rooms are spacious, very clean and have a gorgeous view(we had the 2 bedroom suite). The staff is beyond accommodating making sure everything is perfect during your stay. Artemis and Stella are the most amazing hosts treating us like we were in their own home and gave us all the best recommendations for places to go . They helped provide a great taxi driver who took us everywhere and was one text away at all times the entire week. Breakfast had plenty of options and was delivered promptly every morning.

Great hotel with very kind staff / owners a short ways away from the center of Sarande. We booked a room with a seaview and it didn't disappoint. Seeing the view every morning and evening was great. The room itself was very spacious with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. The balcony was quite spacious as well and this is where we had breakfast each morning. You can choose to eat it in the common room or have it delivered in the morning. We loved this concept because you can enjoy breakfast in peace and you avoid the typical waste of food you have at a buffet. You just select what you would like for breakfast the evening before and they deliver it in the morning to your room at the time you choose. Special thanks to the staff / owners who were so friendly and gave us many tips for things to do and see in the area, as well as restaurant recommendations. Parking was not an issue either, there is a small underground garage and alternatively you can park out front if there is space. There are cameras and an overnight security guard in case you have any concerns. We felt perfectly safe. Sarande center is about a 15-minute walk (downhill), back up to the hotel takes a little longer depending on how much you ate :)

Some distance from the promenade even with the short cut down steps. Takes a good 10 to 15 minutes to reach the centre.

The hotel is positioned is a quiet area in a slightly elevated position on the edge of the main tourist area. The room was immaculately fitted out and quite spacious. Kettle and coffee machine is provided. Contemporary lighting adds to the ambiance. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Great al-la-carte breakfast served in room if requested. Excellent balcony view of the bay. Exceptionally helpful staff. Convenient underground car parking plus land to the side and front.

I would have liked an iron and the outdoor furniture is showing signs of wear. Everything else great

Wonderful breakfast served in room which was a treat. The room was spacious, beds super comfy and large and the outdoor balcony with amazing view was superb. A kitchen was great too as we cooked dinner as an alternative to eating out!

The apartment was incredible! Such amazing views from the balcony and private jacuzzi. Very modern apartment, comfortable and clean. The location was great, 10 minute walk to the main boulevard. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made the trip a whole lot more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

There was a lot of building renovations on either side of the hotel so wasn't very relaxing, would be best to be made aware of this in advance or rewarded for the disturbance. The breakfast was average, all cooked items too greasy to eat which was a big disappointment.

The location, once find it is tucked away, about 5-10 min walk from the beach. The suite was modern, spacious and the view stunning from the balcony. The staff were very friendly.

Modern stylishly very clean hotel. The views over the bay and sea are stunning. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helped with everything we needed with a smile. The breakfast is delicious and served to your room if you like. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this excellent hotel

The location is not great if the hotel has it's private beach it would be even better. From the first floor you are looking directly on the mess which is surrounding the hotel. Espresso was great but we were missing more options (cappuccino, latte macchiato).

It was great accommodation, over all we enjoyed our stay here. Room looks great and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great but we don't know if they are making changes on menu since it will be boring after a few days.

The hotel is located in an area that is under construction and that was a bit of a surprise when we arrived. But it was ok overall.

We loved our room, very clean, the breakfast in the room was a nice experience. And we also loved our big balcony and the sea view. It's at a 15 minutes walk from city center.

You do need a car or be prepared to walk for a while to the center

Wow what a view! Gorgeous view over Sarandë and of the sunset, we just enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the views as the city lights started to twinkle. The staff is super friendly and happy to help with any requests. Superb breakfast served in the suite. Suite is clean and spacious with great AC for hot summer days.

Big room, extremely clean just above the centre of town meaning it’s a bit calmer. Generous breakfast and lovely staff who were on hand to help organise our stay and make it that bit more special. Would definitely return here
