10/10 that’s my summary. But if I have to highlight something from the rest, I would say the group of people that work in the hotel, that are 100% of the time trying to make your stay a little bit better. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone that want to enjoy the beauty of the Southern part of Albania.

Area Hotel is not just another hotel. From the very first moment we felt welcomed and that we would be well taken care of. You don't just feel like another client but really that you are a guest being hosted by the people running the hotel. Breakfast changed daily, with good choice, both in salty and sweet and good tasty food. The rooms are cute and comfortable. It is five minutes to the beach and all the necessary business. For dinner we got great tips from the receptionist that she also always checked if we had liked the places and how our stay was going. Perfect amount of attention. We felt sad to leave.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are just awesome. The room is very big and with good amenities. The bed is ok but quite soft and the bathroom is clean. The breakfasts are one of the best I’ve ever had, with a variety of choices and fresh ingredients. The hotel is close to the beach and the city. There is a parking lot for the guests, which is convenient and safe.

The room was comfy, clean and matched the description/pictures on the website; and the hotel staff were really friendly and always around to help. The location of the hotel was great (short walk to the beach/restaurants, but far enough away to avoid the noise from the beach clubs), and within driving distance to Gjirokaster/the Blue Eye/Butrint etc; and the breakfast and overall service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We absolutely cannot fault our stay at Area hotel. All of the staff members were incredibly polite and friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was a great size, with a huge comfortable bed and lots of storage space. The pool was a good size with plenty of sun loungers and the hotel really is a stone's throw from the beach. Finally, the breakfast was varied, delicious and fresh everyday. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The family and staff running the hotel went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help with our arrangements. Miki , at reception, went above and beyond to give suggestions and make dinner and beach club reservations for us. I'm also celiac and needed to eat gluten free for breakfast, the staff was extra kind to set aside special things for me. Parking was easy and free. The room and bed were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. All around great experience.

Nothing that I can think of

This is a lovely hotel located within walking distance to the beach front but it was nice to be slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main beach area. The breakfasts were excellent and the pool area, though small suited us perfectly. We stayed in the suite with jacuzzi and this worked well for our family of 4 and was immaculate. The staff were also so helpful and helped book restaurants and tell us beaches to go to.
