The location on the side of a hill makes for some stunning views...but for those without a car, it will be a bit of a trek because it's not in the main town. The restaurant serves some amazing food and apparently other people not staying at the property knew about it because a lot of people came just for the restaurant.

This location and property was absolutely beautiful. It most definitely exceeded our expectations and provided the highest of standards for our stay in Albania, as this was our first night. The lovely woman who served us breakfast was so kind and thoughtful and the breakfast was great! We will most definitely be back!

The curtains are not very lightproof. I would not recommend to reach the sea by food. The distance is not long but the property is a the top of the hill.

Very nice property. The garden and terasse are gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. The food of the restaurant (evening and breakfast) was one of the best we had during our stay!

It's a bit of a walk to any other bar/restaurant and to the beach but we wanted to be slightly out of the way so it wasn't a problem for us. It would be great to have some seating other than the restaurant.

Everybody who works there is lovely and can't do enough to make your stay comfortable. The food in the evening is delicious! The friendly cats are a bonus too! The room was cleaned every day

That room was on the second floor and dinner was right outside the Terrance, close approximately to the room. Dinner run to at least 10 pm so it can be nosey if you’re trying to go to bed.

The atmosphere of the accommodation. The Terrance has a nice view for breakfast and dinner. They also play nice music for dinner. Room was decent size and has everything you need.

Great sea view from the quadruple room. Very comfortable for us and our 2 children. Were made to feel very welcome in this well run, lovely place. Great food and breakfast. Very impressed with our 4 night stay and would recommend to anyone as a base for exploring the south and surrounding area of Albania. We left early for a few days in a row and the hosts cooked us a packed breakfast for our day trips... So accommodating.

I loved everything about this place! As soon as we arrived we got upgraded for free to a room with sea views and a view over their beautiful garden. The views are so stunning! The staff are incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was the best meal we had during our stay & a lot of the ingredients are local & grown in their garden. It’s also incredible value for money - highly recommended

Aphrodite's Garden is a small, wonderful oasis above Himare. The view of the bay from the terrace at breakfast or dinner is fantastic. The hosts go to great lengths to ensure that you feel at home and want for nothing. We had a great time here and will recommend it to others. Thank you for your hospitality (and the yummy jam). :)

Clean comfortable room with a great view of the sea. The property is at a scenic location with greenery all around and is 10 mins drive from Himare centre and Livadhi beach. Fresh breakfast with a good spread was served every morning. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was amazing.

The owner and at the same time head chef of the kitchen made our belly very happy. Making some homemade dumlings and pancakes in the morning… And the dinners - you can not just miss out! What a seafood we have had there every night!

A wonderful stay at Aphrodite’s Garden! Our room was lovely and clean with a comfortable balcony and our towels were refreshed during our stay without asking. Complimentary water and toiletries upon our arrival which was appreciated. We had a lovely seafood dinner in the restaurant and the included breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Warm and friendly staff and a fabulous owner who went above and beyond throughout our stay, even digging out her printer to print us our boarding passes when we left! Excellent proximity to beaches, Aquarium was our favourite, and close to Himarë castle ruins. We will be recommending to our friends and family!
