The owners, have a beautiful home,garden and farm. The fruits,we're amazing,Pascal and Sueli,we're graceful hosts,any information we needed, they were able,to give us. Pascal even took us to the local supermarket.

The cleanliness, ambience and hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. Keys immediately upon arrival with host on property. Fresh fruits handed to me from the garden. Kitchen stocked with spices and utensils making it easy to prepare a meal if you want to. When my departure flight time got pushed to later, the hosts extended my checkout without hesitation

I loved the fact that the hosts, Pascal Hughes and his wife were super hosts. They allowed me access to their lovely fruit garden. The accommodation was super neat and the bed very comfortable.

Location is quite central however must drive to a beach. Everything else is perfect and highly recommend.

The owners go over and beyond to ensure you are comfortable, checking in with you as a guest to see if you need anything. Second time I stayed at this property due to the great value as well..and always a fabulous stay!

The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed there alone the night before my wedding and got ready with my bridesmaids the next day. We had plenty of room and the cottage had a lovely aura about it. We stayed on the evening of the wedding. It was a lovely venue and we hope to return soon

Pascal is an amazing host and this apartment is a comfortable and convenient base for visiting all parts of the island. The fruit trees in the backyard—not to mention the hammock—are a lovely and blissful bonus.

Absolutely amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay so much! The tropical garden is absolutely stunning, the view from the terrace and hammock is so beautiful! Our hosts made us feel so welcome. Pascal very kindly showed us one of his tropical farm, presented us his amazing garden explaining about the tropical trees and plants, offered us fruits (especially papaya as it's my wife's favourite), arranged for us to do a pinneapple farm tour (on our request as we wanted to see and taste the national fruit, the black pinneapple), gave us lifts from and to the airport. The cottage has everything you need, the bed is so comfy (we slept really well), the aircon is not noisy and it cools the room in seconds. Few minutes walk from the cottage there is a lovely fruit and vedge market. About 10 mins walk there are two local shops. We also rented a car from Pascal so we were able to explore the island and its stunning beaches. We had an excellent time, really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful place!

I loved everything, however based on location would recommend renting a car so moving around is much easier. The host can also assist you with that.

Loved the host, the decor, the entire room, the garden, the hammock. I felt very safe, relaxed and comfortable. Host was kind and was very helpful in giving insights into the area. He was also very helping in organizing a taxi service that was efficient and reliable! I would definitely stay here again.

Pascale was a lovely host, and the apartment has all you need for a few days’ stay. Pascale lives in the same building so it was very easy to communicate. The location is very convenient, right on one of the main routes so pretty much every corner of the island is reachable if you rent a car. Would happily recommend.

The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and there's AC in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It was lovely to eat breakfast at the table in the garden watching the hummingbirds and bananaquits flit around. I particularly enjoyed lying in the hammock reading a book. Sadly we were too early for the mangoes, papaya and bananas which we could see growing in the garden! Pascal was away so we were looked after by his sister Judith and her husband William, and they couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. They met us at the airport and took us to the supermarket on our way to the cottage and the car we'd arranged to rent from Pascal was waiting for us. The central location means the cottage isn't far from any part of the island, but the roads are poor so it takes longer than expected to get anywhere!

An indoor armchair might be nice to settle down and read in the evening, but there would not be much room for it, but the outside bench on the patio was well lit and when I was there it was not buggy, so that was my reading spot.

I wanted a location that was not typically touristy, so that I could safely experience the real Antigua and be central to all of the other areas of the island. The gardens of this property were a superb collection of fruit trees and it was a pleasure to be right inside such a lush collection. The kitchen was well supplied with equipment and nice to prepare food in. Very friendly and informative hosts.

Everything about the property and the host was excellent. The garden view was so beautiful and you’re able to eat any fruits from the tree. The location was great for me and the property is clean, safe and secure. I felt so comfortable as if I was home. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing, I loved it all!

Everything! Pascal and Sueli are incredibly accommodating and wonderfully welcoming. I enjoyed my time thoroughly at Tropical Garden, the cottage is perfectly laid out with everything you could possibly need. I even had some fresh fruits from the garden in the fridge which were so tasty! The whole place is very clean, the bed in the room is so comfy, and the AC worked perfectly! This place is an absolute gem! Make sure to stay there if you are visiting Antigua. It's in the centre of the island so it's a perfect place to drive everywhere from, but make sure to rent a car, Pascal can help you with that and also advice on where to visit! I 110% recommend staying here you will not regret it and I'll be going back when I'm next in Antigua!

The location was a bit distant from St John where I had meetings

Cosy, clean and comfortable. The hammock out on the patio was heavenly in the evening when the breezes come in. The fruits in the garden were delicious- the host encourages guests to eat all they want which is awesome!

The house is full of details and the garden with the fruit trees is a delight. It is located in a strategic area of the island, very close to anywhere. The visit to his farm was a very pleasant surprise. Without a doubt, I would stay at his house again, I hope it will be very soon.
