Everything was fantastic, the location and the resort itself were just fabulous and posh apart from the issue with the lock. We were unable to enter the room as the lock always had an issue and we had to report every day to the reception until we moved to a different room.

Bed was not good - too soft had a backache from it

Our room was great ocean view - staff kept it clean and well stocked. Only negative was the bed wasn't great was too soft. We didn't do all inclusive and the price for food was a lot for the amount/ quality but most of it was good just expensive we did spend less not going all inclusive then if we had. Location was great close to airport and a beautiful beach. We went during summer - a down time so had lots of space and quiet beach to ourselves at times - we loved it

Nothing, our stay here was as good as it gets.

This is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The resort was beautiful but the staff was the differentiating factor. Every staff member from the restaurant to the front desk was extremely professional and took the extra effort to make sure my group was being taken care of. Highly recommend Blue Waters resort for anyone looking to enjoy paradise, good food, and amazing service.

the property is perfect, I cannot make any negative comments.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Blue Waters Resort in Antigua, it was an experience that surpassed all expectations. From the moment we set foot on this tropical paradise, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the surroundings and the unparalleled level of hospitality. Nestled along the pristine shores of the Caribbean Sea, Blue Waters Resort is a haven of tranquility. The resort's stunning private beach, with its powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, truly had us breathless. Whether we were lounging under a swaying palm tree, taking a dip in the refreshing ocean, or simply strolling along the shore, every moment we spent on the beach felt like a blissful escape from reality. The resort itself is a testament to luxury and elegance. The architecture and design seamlessly blend traditional Caribbean charm with modern amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms and suites are tastefully decorated, with great air conditioning, our apartment offered breathtaking views of both the ocean or the lush tropical gardens. The accommodation is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts to ensure a comfortable stay. What truly sets Blue Waters Resort apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, a refreshing cocktail and genuine hospitality. The staff members went above and beyond to cater for our every need, ensuring that we felt welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made us feel like VIP guests. The dining experience at Blue Waters Resort is a culinary delight. The resort boasts a variety of restaurants, each offering a unique menu and ambience. From fine dining with a Caribbean twist to casual beachside eateries, there was a dining option to suit every mood and palate.

The house keeping lady was pretty pushy she didn’t like when the kids slept past 8am, we came from Arizona which is 3hrs behind! Even on the checkout day, she came at 8am and kept asking what time we will be out she was really annoying.

The grounds are beautiful and the beach is well kept! It’s clean and employees are friendly. While we were in Antigua we visited Darkwood Beach, which has the clearest water really good for snorkeling, Jolly Harbor Beach is also nice. Pigeon Point Beach (PPB) is nice has a lot of trees for shade and you see a lot of boats PPB is located at the English Harbor! You must visit English Harbor, on Sundays they have a food venders and music at Shirley Heights where people go to watch the sunset, the views are breathtaking.

Not much to add on the negative side, these are minor points. The sea was wavy most of the time we were there. Also kids room /club was great, but only for 5 years plus.

Overall it was incredible. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The grounds are stunning. Rooms were lovely, especially top floor. Food was good. Spa treatments excellent. Beautiful beach. While on holiday, our son had broken his arm and the staff were incredible and super responsive, organised a trip to the emergency room for us. Cannot thank them enough for all the support and assistance! would definitely recommend for a family trip.

The toiletries were lovely but could improve by having some bath oil included. The beach loungers were a little tired. Apart from these two very minor issues, nothing could really be improved on.

Beautiful location. Perfect staff - friendly, helpful, polite. Hotel grounds very well kept and had some beautiful shrubs and trees. Food was great particularly at The Cove Restaurant. I would definitely recommend this resort and hope to return.

As with many of the hotels in Antigua there is a lingering 90"s feel to the location, food and entertainment. If you are in the crescent of rooms either side of the main bar area, the evening music and entertainment will impact you until 10.30 pm. I did enquire about relocation to the Cove suites but it would have doubled the cost of the holiday so we stayed put. Some of the acts are good and a couple not so but you do get to listen to them whether you want to or not! The music caters for an older generation but i guess the hotel knows its customer base. The beach bar is popular although if its busy, there is an element of the english disease of getting your towel on the sun beds around it early which means an prompt start to the day if you want a good spot. I wouldn't judge the resort as 5 star by European standards today but it would certainly be one of the better ones in Antigua in their price bracket.

Breakfast was good as was the location itself. Only ate once in the hotel dining area which was ok. This is a resort location as many are in Antigua. Easy enough to get around and about by taxi although wherever you go its a flat rate of $30 so sometimes that was good value and other times it wasn't. Antigua has gone up in price since i was there last some 7 years ago which its understandable. We didn't take the all inclusive option as we didn't want to eat every night at the hotel but the drinks are expensive and i think it would have been better value to do so. on reflection. The rooms were well presented and clean as were the bar areas. Some staff were excellent others not so but overall the levels of service were good. A lot of attention had been paid to the grounds and the presentation of these was excellent. Best restaurant we found was one called the Nomad which is about 10 mins from the resort. Very lovely location and a very relaxing holiday

Nicest people I’ve ever met on holiday, food consistently amazing from morning to night. Resort beautiful, slight sea weed issue on the beach but doesn’t matter too much as it’s still so beautiful and loads of other incredible beaches near by to visit too. The Cove and their staff are out of this world. Loved everyone there! Definitely recommend.
