Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Great view of the room, gym and pool. Ultimately clean everywhere. All staff members were also exceptional. My Dubai stay was memorable because of Wyndham Deira. Thank you!

Small Swimming pool, Room size need to be little bigger while the options for 2 Adults and 2 kids, Still the smaller room only received valuable for 2 Adults.

Spacious Parking, Cleanliness, Breakfast, Restaurant Staffs. Extra large Kings size Bed...never seen in my life stayed around 50 Hotels worldwide.

At the reception our luggage's were neglected and it hours to receive our luggage to our rooms. Multiple follow ups were also required

I had a frustrating experience during check-in at the hotel. Despite receiving a call beforehand to confirm my arrival time, I was told that while regular check-in was at 2 PM, they could potentially accommodate me at 12 PM, subject to availability. Hoping for an earlier check-in, I arrived at noon, only to end up waiting until 2 PM at the café. To make matters worse, I noticed that other guests who arrived after me were checked in before I was, which was quite upsetting. Additionally, when I booked my room online, the description clearly mentioned that it would include a bathtub. However, upon arrival, I discovered that my room did not have one. Overall, while the hotel has some great features, the check-in process and room discrepancies left a lot to be desired. It’s essential for the management to improve their customer service and ensure that the rooms match their online descriptions to avoid such inconveniences for future guests.

I absolutely love the pool area on the rooftop of this hotel. The view from up there is simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the city skyline that is perfect for both relaxation and photo opportunities. The ambiance around the pool is serene, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel is also incredibly convenient, especially for someone like me who doesn’t have a car. It’s just a two-minute walk from the Gold Souq metro station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy and hassle-free. This proximity to public transportation means you can effortlessly visit various attractions, shopping areas, and dining spots without the need for a vehicle. Moreover, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life, with plenty of local shops, cafes, and markets to explore. The combination of the stunning rooftop pool, the amazing views, and the convenient location truly makes this hotel a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in the city.

i found it hard to find local supermarkets for general goods( more drinking water) and as hotels are now trying to be energy efficient and enviroment friendly etc and people walk around with refillable bottles etc somesort of water fountain should really be provided at entrance so people can fillup before a long hot day out in singapore my hotel had fountain by entrance and it was always being used and super convenient .

I have been to this hotel before and have chosen it again. This time the check-in process took a very long time. I received a room with a different bed configuration, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone from the staff to come and adjust the beds for us. Was late, and we were tired after long journey. Our luggage was also supposed to be brought by someone from the staff, unfortunately we did not get it. I had to go downstairs and collect them myself. You lacked a little better organisation this time.

The pool is excellently managed. I am glad that I at least had the opportunity to meet the same Lifeguard again at the pool as before. He is a super guy. Best greetings to him :)
