We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarThe suite wasn’t clean when we checked in (the bathroom), and when they took the food they didn’t clean the table and it happened like three times. The rooms are without windows????!! I know it’s not five star hotel but yet like !?? WINDOWS PLS.
location is good only if of you have a family to visit in this area! Other than this nothing will make me book that hotel.

Initially I was given a room that had a very strong smell of smoke. Reception were very accommodating and prompt at changing my room. I was then upgraded to a junior suite by the duty manager which was absolutely lovely.

United Arab EmiratesThe staff are really hopeless. The property is not kept in a good condition. The kids indoor area was so dirty and all the toys were thrown around. The crib provided to my 1 year old broke in the middle of the night while my baby was in it and when I complained about it all I was told was ok we will get a new one. Everything is chargeable. Anything you request for they will tell you it's chargable. We had booked the western suit which is the highest category room and we were not treated well at all.The room was not in a good condition, there was dust in the corners. The hotel was maybe in 20% occupancy and we were still not looked after. But to be honest the you can't expect more from a property so far away from the city. it's nearly a 3 hour drive from Dubai if you take a short stop.
the pool is really nice. we travelled with children and they really enjoyed themselves.

Czech RepublicI really hate it when the water goes all over the bathroom and unfortunately the shower door didn't close properly and the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet. Also there is no shelf in the shower to put the shower gel onto so you can either hold it in your hand or use the floor. The door to go out to the pool didn't lock properly so we ended up sleeping with the door unlocked.
The hotel is super clean and super easy to access. Considering the value for money in comparison with other options in Madinat Zayed and in Liwa in general, it's definitely worth it. The staff were very nice and helpful.
