The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is everything you could ask for in a resort. The room was luxurious, clean and spacious with Dubai skyline views with daily free water bottles and cleaning twice a day. The food in the restaurant Mezzerie was amazing. Every evening you have a different theme buffet so it never gets boring. We have enjoyed using the pool and the beach facilities, all down to your very attentive team looking after us making sure we have a ice bucket with water bottles. Always made up our sun-beds with towels. The service provided by the hotel staff made this a 5-star experience. People who work there are exceptional in their careful attitude and professionalism. Thank you Waldorf Astoria, I would definitely return!

Everything was perfect

Best stay for families. Has the good balance of quietness but also kids are free and well accommodated Food: The chef made sure to ensure we always had option for food due to our allergies of eggs and fish Family room are specious with all amenities. Special thanks for making my husband birthday extra special by organizing a complimentary cake delivered to the room and the swan towel decoration with a spread if roses. Overall we are looking forward to coming back at the WA for all our Dubai visits.

If I was to include something, I would say the air con in the rooms was quite loud but that was a minor thing. We’d still go back there for sure. Fantastic!

It was a perfect holiday! The hotel is very beautiful and clean! Especially the rooms! Our room was so big and comfortable and clean and we had a wonderful view to the Burj al Arab. The housekeeping was so nice and they do their job really good! They come 2 times a day! i want to thank Pathum and Sushii thath they always made sure that our room is perfectly clean and for the cute elephant and swans they made out of towls for us! Thank you so much! We always were at the Adults Only Pool because it was so calm there and you really could relax! Every hotel should have a adults only pool! The Beach was also very beautiful but the sea was very warm, so the pool was better because it was cool and refreshing. The temperature in July in Dubai is too hot so i would recommend to come here when it is a little bit colder. The food in the restaurant Mezzerie was amazing! Every evening you have a different theme so it never gets boring! The staff there was SO nice! I especially want to thank Alex, Melyvine, Kaveen, Asitha, Fosil, Paul, Pawal, Saru and Santhul! Everyone alwas made sure that we have everything we need and have our best time there. Thank you so much! So overall it was a perfect holiday and we definitely will come again!

I paid almost £250 a night and there was work noise going on. We were not made aware of it and the private beach was closed. If i knew it i wouldn't have paid soo much.

The hotel was under refurbishment which we were unaware of before booking.

Sarada was the best concierge. She made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The room was beautiful although a bit hot (Not sure if the AC was working)

Due to off season, x2 restaurants not open. We found Mezzarie had deteriorated. South American night was always about meat…had to ask for meat. Nespresso machines could do with a service.

It’s location, excellent staff and amazing service. Sarefina was excellent, Leonard is a definite asset to the Waldorf Astoria.
