Although the breakfast was very good and room itself was quite small for the amount of guests at the hotel, so sometimes it's possible you'd wait a couple minutes for you to get a seat.

Small swimming pool and restaurant for breakfast, the tables were too close each other. The bathroom needs renovation.

Very good location, there are parks, shops and restaurants nearby. Helpful and very kind staff, clean rooms. Tasty breakfast with nice view.

I've stayed at many hotels while traveling to and from work, and I can say this one offers the best experience. The reception staff is outstanding especially Miss Jamiela, the rooms are comfortable, and the cleanliness is exceptional.

Downtown is for me not a nice area to be honest but to reach attractions is good. Downtown has not a nice atmosphere. Our room was non smoking but smelled like that. For breakfast we had to wait. So need one more room for breakfast guests.

For the price ok.. You can walk around and reach attractions easily with taxi or bus. Stuff and the cook really nice

We ordered a yogurt and fruit bowl to the room, but it was delivered with peanut butter, which my friend is allergic to. We then spent a long time on the phone trying to get a replacement because the person on the phone did not understand us. It is expected that individuals providing customer service in an international hotel have a good command of English...

The room was very clean and with good lighting. The gym is well-equipped. There is a spa (for an extra charge) which is amazing to relax after a long day. The breakfast was varied and tasty!

- The restaurant was so small. If you go around 9.30-10 for breakfast, you may have to wait 5-10 mins for a table. - I believe there is a bar or club nearby. It may get noisy

The price on booking is tricky. It said total paid but actually there is hidden or not included in the payment like vat, tourism etc. Next, it showed DELUXE TWIN *ROOM* means double room but in actual it is not. Another, there is *NO SPECIAL BREAKFAST* worth 25 aed per pax in the restaurant as mentioned in our conversation with the reservation department and I am glad I didn't pay that Special Breakfast fee.

Friendly and very professional receptionists, chef and staffs. The complimentary request was granted on last minutes of our stay, thanks to the Filipina receptionist. Once again, Thank you.

Dark bathroom and it’s a little dirty. Didn’t like the surrounding area but the hotel itself was nice. We had to check out early and had to wait for 30 minutes in front of the elevator because the hotel turns into a club on weekends… so there were A LOT of people what stressed us out.

Really friendly and willing staff. The breakfast was good but The difference maker was Benjamin with his smile and great omelettes. The hotel was what we expected. Really accessible and right across the road there is a local super market for everyday stuff. We went at an off season period so it was quiet and crowded.

There is a club on the top floor, so we could hear music beats at nights, because we lived on the 14th floor.

The best hotel staff ever! Thank you so much for your understanding and providing us with another room, as the first one had a strong smell of tobacco. Everything is clean, the breakfasts are delicious. Great location of the hotel. You can take a public bus A2 from the airport to the hotel porch. Additionally, TRYP by Wyndham Hotel was one of the few where we could pay upon arrival.
