Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesBreakfast was average, nice but in comparison to other UAE hotels I feel there could be room for improvement on food quality. However the staff were all amazing and helpful. There are only a few minor things that weren’t satisfactory, the bathtub faucet didn’t work only the shower head part, additionally the hot water wasn’t hot, it was only warm. The bathroom sink faucets leak and sprayed you when you wanted to wash your hands or brush your teeth! I did offer this information at checkout and there wasn’t even an apology just a blank expression, that aside the room was beautiful but due some minor upgrades here and there. Although the room was clean, the black tiles were unforgiving through the toilet and the master bathroom, so many water marks all over the tiles.
Al Habtoor Hotel it’s such a lovely property, plenty of parking and valet also. With an equestrian vibe throughout the hotel there are exquisite horse sculptures and art. We were greeted by Cherry on reception who assisted us with our check in, we were upgraded from a junior suit the an executive suit. Thank you. Our suit was beautiful, incredibly spacious and the interior design had a very boutique vibe about it. We had a huge balcony overlooking the Polo field. Rooms service was very efficient and fast!

Cooked food was taking too much time to come out especially the eggs, there was never any espresso cups available & items were cold & coffee machine was always running out of milk. This need to be vastly improved for a professional & fast service Regarding the rooms I felt that there was no attention to detail as I had a huge crack in the bedroom wall by the door & when it rained my lounge area was flooded from the balcony doors

United Arab EmiratesSound proof the room a bit better. Breakfast could do with some serious improvement, staff were lovely but selection was poor. Also there was some football tournament on and kids in dirty stud boots kept on walking through breakfast. Pool was small with too many trees around it.
Bed was comfortable, room was dated but clean. Bathroom had a shower and a bath. Great bar downstairs called the horse and hound. We were over looking the bar and the polo pitch, they probably could of done with sound proofing the room a bit better. Huge balcony. Valet parking, always a plus. A nice range of restaurants in the hotel. Late check out of 1pm was given no problem.
