Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaNot related to hotel but to get taxi was difficult in the area and if you get drivers didn't know the directions. We recommend to get Careem ride service (Hala service).
Our stay was good, except the building is a little dated, but the staff, cleanliness, and daily room service were good. It was a working holiday with the family; as requested, the hotel provided quiet and good Wi-Fi during our stay. We strongly recommend anyone traveling with the family for safety and restaurants in all price ranges if you like Indian/Pakistani food.

United Arab EmiratesLack of kitchen cutleries (we had to ask for every single item to be provided), cleanness was questionable-the cleaning service was not mopping the floors, lack of chairs and table on the balcony, a very small fridge considering the size of the flat (6 people were to accommodate). But the personnel were doing all their best to accommodate all our requests as soon as they could. Thank you so much for that.
Location, very close to Supermarket, 10 minutes driving to Burj Khalifa, room sizes, many bathrooms and an excellent support from all the personnel.

United Arab EmiratesThe staffs are not friendly. They don't mind the guests. The restaurant is open at only 8 am and there is no buffet for breakfast. They are not providing drinking water in the room. They gave me a kettle and coffee and tea items after the request only .They provide 2 towels for 4 people. Even 2 extra provided after request only.
Location is good,if you're using your own transport. Sufficient space for parking cars.

If you are traveling with friends or family this hotel apartments can be good option. I would suggest to rent a car. 100-200 metr far away there is taxi parking. It's actually in the mid of city but 1.9 km away from Metro Oud Meisa. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Mohammad Shahi contacted before the arrival and asked if everything is ok or not. We left our luggages after check out and then came back to hotel before departure.

Saudi ArabiaThe Booking.com map location is incorrect and it ends up around 2km else. I have to search for property on google maps. Their reception sucks because there is still no AC on the reception and it was completely effecting staff performance (i will not blame them) and irritating waiting guests. I think the main building picture is incorrect too.
Everything was perfect as per money spent. All restaurants are nearby and main Dubai attractions are no more than 10KM distance. The parking was enough. On site 2020 Biryani restaurant was awesome. Staff was cooperative and fulfilling our requests on time.
