The property is great. It really is. But if I’m being honest, the WiFi was at times inconsistent and the check-in process and parking situation were somewhat confusing. On top of that, the tone of certain communications, particularly those regarding checkout and possible penalties for not tidying up or vacating the property on time, was inconsistent with the warm hospitality my family and I have come to expect in the Middle East. The promise of a potential discount for a subsequent booking, which was ultimately not honored (I presume because we booked a second stay too quickly), was also disappointing. Furthermore, the property's cleanliness could be improved, as evidenced by the presence of long black hairs on the floors and the personal items left by previous guests that weren’t caught by the cleaning staff (e.g., moth-eaten bra and dust on the top shelf of a bedroom closet). This was disappointing given the cleaning fee we were required to pay.

The property’s stunning view, spaciousness, cost, and convenient location were definitely highlights. Of there many places I’ve stayed in Dubai, the view from these apartment balconies is the best I’ve seen of the Burj Khalifa. The fountain show is slightly obscured by other buildings still prominently visible. Overall, the view can’t be beat. Additionally, the prompt responsiveness of the staff on WhatsApp at all hours of the day was greatly appreciated. We even received responses at 1 AM when we had trouble finding the place.

Check in process with car is a bit annoying we have park the car a bit further first collect the keys go to apartment then come back to the car to drive it all the way back to the parking which took extra 1 hour for me after a long journey it couldn’t have been avoided by just simply letting the car into car park with the booking reference

A very modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa. Loved our stay here, was very easy check in & within a 5 minute walk to Dubai Mall. SmartStay were fantastic to deal with and made everything stress free. Would highly recommend staying here ☺️

I would not say I didn't like more an improvement: *Shower curtain or half glass so if shower taken doesn't make the floor wet. *Wooden spoons for stirring. *A few more pans. *Shower gel and shampoo a little bigger would be ideal. *Moisturising lotion * TV channels weren't available, so I watched Netflix, but I don't mind. These are finer points but nothing drastic as it's SUPER COMFORTABLE AND the most beautiful souls called staff! Thank you.

Perfect view on Burj Khalifa, close to Dubai Mall, very clean apartment and helpful stuff, contact all the time if we need something. They even store our luggage after checkout for few hours free of charge. Recommend this stay.
