Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe main issue we faced with was the mobile network coverage and the poor wifi connection, the small bathroom, and there are no bathtubs. One more major issue was the air conditioner temperature getting hot in the middle of the night, and the technician came for repair at 2 a.m.
The housekeeping staff member, Mr. Sajad, is good at how he behaves. and he did the job well.and the pool lifeguard is also good, and I really like the location and ambiance.

Rooms are big. Nice to walk on the beach as it is pure sand. Friendly staff on the pool and beach. Has place to play volleyball, table tennis etc. Location is just near dubai. Over all environment are very pleasing and the crowd are mostly family friendly which we like.

We arrived and got an unexpected upgrade of the room with a beach view for the same price. That was awesome. There was a few minutes delay in check-in, however front office staff offered us a welcome drink and made us comfortably sit in the lobby. Though there was no Indian Breakfast dining served...we were approached by sous chef Mr Samar(sam) who spoke to us and we gave feedback about the menu. It was good gesture of the Chef coming and talking to a customer and was very convincing.

We enjoyed our Wedding Anniversary trip. We booked a Cabana and the room was great, we were upgraded from Half Board to Full Board and the food was all great from salad, main dish and we also loved their pastries. All of the staff and the chef were all accommodating. We enjoyed staying at the sunbed. There are a lot of sunbeds you can use and the beach is so clean.
