Some of the staff at the restaurant and at the beach were not smiling or talking at all. Nothing wrong they did but it's just sad to see their faces like that during happy vacation

I did not like the hotel's policy regarding the beds. It's allowed only one bed in the room. And we had two girls and we didn't know where to put the second girl. We were so happy to arrive at the hotel, however when we heard this news, we were really disappointed especially because we paid for a room that is suitable for a family and I mentioned that we have two girls and their ages in the reservation. I hope this policy changes because we loved the hotel.

I liked the design and style of the hotel. Amazing hotel.

Very loud during breakfast and dinner, the behavior of some people from a certain country is not acceptable but tolerated by the management. The hotel is totally focus on satisfying those guests. We will not come back.

The gym was very good but it was two flights of stairs down (I did not see a separate elevator) leading to this section. I can't walk starts regularly so it would exclude a lot of people from using it. The check-in - I was told that some of the services and restaurants were only available to these staying for 7 days with an all inclusive package. since I booked for 4 nights, these will only be available for a fee. - I asked if I will be able to come and pay separately and the check-in person did not know. The interaction made me feel as a "second class" customer - especially with the checking in person crossing out on a sheet of paper all restaurants that were not included with my booking. I felt that the reception desk stuff should be better trained in hospitality. The artificial lagoon was nice and wave free but the water was really, really warm. The location was good but far from the all the parks located at Yas Island.

The breakfast was good with various selections of food and beverages. The service was quick and friendly. The rooms were large and clean, with good facilities, beds were very comfortable. We would have preferred having more pillows (did not ask). We enjoyed in particular the Bakery - we could get lunch and snacks in between lunch and dinner times. The service was excellent there.

For our 2nd stay at Rixos we felt an improvement in the staff attitude. We were received with smiles to match the warm weather! Amongst the team, Mohammed, quick on his rollers to serve us our cocktails and Nuraiyim at Terra Mare always making sure our breakfast kicked off a beautiful day ahead, came out as our holiday heroes!! Watching the Euros at Antidote while kids are watching it from the cinema style set up next door was amazing! Staff at Antidote were awesome thanks to the barmen (Prince and team) and to the security guy from Cameroon!

The bed and pillows were not at all comfortable. Did not provide bath bomb for the tub. Mini fridge did not have alcoholic spirits. The food was average. Was expecting Ouzi Lamb(or something Arabic special) for Eid as special. But almost same dish everyday.

The hotel offers delicious and high-quality food with a satisfying breakfast spread, although there could be more variety in the food options. Overall, the dining experience was enjoyable.

The hotel exceeded all expectations with impeccably clean and comfortable rooms, exceptional staff displaying professionalism and friendliness, and fantastic pool and beach facilities. The clean and inviting pool area and beautiful beach provided a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Overall, the experience was highly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend the hotel for a memorable stay.

My only fault, is the amount of single use plastic in the form of water bottles. Perhaps refillable stations could be out around the hotel. Lots of children, perhaps an adult only dinning section could be considered.

Staff went above and beyond everyone single one we encountered were friendly approachable and always offering to help. The room was cleaned twice a day, the area around the hotel and dinning etc was always extremely clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing, huge selection of fruits, salads, cereals, bread, hot food, pastries, pancakes/waffles/crepes including fresh eggs. Dinner at Turquoise exceeded expectations, huge selection of meats/salads/hot meals/fresh pasta/bbq outside, the dessert was the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive! The gym was really great, clean & loads of state of art equipment and although we didn’t use the spa, it looked impressive.

The dinner, its looks totally Asian. I took half board dinner and breakfast. I did not have dinner, I left because I did not like the food, drinks were not cool had to ask for ice.

I love the specious premium room with balcony and the bathroom. Also the view was amazing and pools too

The egyption staff in the front desk was woth bad attitude. I spent time in the reception when i arrived because he kept insisting asking me to pay 2000 grantee!!! I told him to empty mini bar. But he still ask me for that with no reason. When i asked him why i should pay.. He said i may damage the room!!!! Then the manger came and asked me to put 200 derham only cash as grantee. This person was on duty 16 of may thursday I think he should not be on the front desk. Because this entry reflect the hotel all. The beach was too turbid with small fishes biting. The phone in the room has no housekeeping or services number!!! Every time i should call te operator for assisting me which is too load. I think the rate of this hotal will be downgradesd and the bigg boss should sens a secret shopper to the hotel to review the process of service.

We were there for 5 nights but were not eligible for one complimentary meal at the a la carte restaurant. I also didn’t realise that my booking was myself only and had to pay extra for my husband for the all inclusive package which I was really upset by.

Everything. Mary Jane upgraded all of us to suites on the 30th floor with sea view rooms which were absolutely fantastic. All inclusive was amazing.
