At the pool, they serve hot coffee in plastic glasses, so we cant enjoy our coffee. Wish they had glass ones.

Amazing place for family holidays. The buffet at Andalus is very rich with a lot of variety, kids enjoyed the food as well they had a lot of choices to make them happy and satisfied. Kids had great time at sports bar playing billiards and enjoying snacks. The room ia very confortable and very clean. The hotel smell is always fresh and clean. Employers are all very friendly and always ready to help.

Deira island hasn’t been developed as much as other locations so any desire for attractions or to visit other locations is around 25-30 minutes away. The benefit of this though is that it is very quiet in the general location

The staff are extremely welcoming and are a pleasure to deal with. The food at the main buffet and all restaurants was plentiful, great quality and varied each day so it never felt like eating the same thing. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Alcoholic is not in separate counters in the mini bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, Telephonic customer service was not helpful and unkind with his replies to me before coming, SPA dosn't provide smooth usage to gym, jacuzzi, and sauna, and I was expecting massage services will be included, however, it wasn't, No professional swimming pool available, for the people who only like to enjoy the swimming sports.

I wish they had more turkey or beef bacon as sometimes they didn't have this. But that is a minor complaint compared to the overall experience. More coffee machines as there were always long queues to get a decent coffee. It isn't near any attractions. £20-£25 to get to the Marina area, for example. Maybe have a disco that goes on until later after the entertainment had finished. The beach was ok. Not the softest sand as it is quite pebbly.

Breakfast was really good. The fresh omelettes were amazing and the food was fresh. Coffee from the machine was so much better than the coffee brought to the table. The food selection was amazing every single day! We never went hungry. The Asian restaurant was superb as was the Lebanese restaurant. The Italian was also good but not as good as the others. Drinks were nicely made, staff are very friendly and they couldn't do enough for us, even taking in Amazon deliveries for things we needed. Rooms are nice and clean and also feel very modern. Wifi is really good all over the hotel, even getting to the beach. Great for families with young children. The entertainment team are awesome!

On the downside, the hotel experience had a few shortcomings. Upon arrival, there was no one to welcome us or assist with our luggage, which included a stroller, making our first impressions less than ideal. Additionally, the juices offered were not natural, and the quality of snacks available at the 24-hour sports bar was disappointing. These factors combined prevented me from giving a perfect score, leading to my final rating of 9/10 for our stay.

I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, including its excellent beachfront location and the variety of swimming pools tailored for both children and adults. My son was particularly thrilled with the slides in the aqua park, though it's worth noting that the aqua park is closed on Mondays. The pools, however, remain open every day. Each night, the hotel hosted entertaining shows for kids from 8 to 9 PM, adding to our enjoyment. The drinks served by the adult pool were also a highlight. The room, although compact at 15m2, boasted a beautiful sea-view balcony, making for a picturesque stay.

Two problem,first when the hotel is not in center its nessery to have shattle for the intresting places. Secound problem was that they were no spoon or nife or small cup in the room .there were 20 big cup and glass for each person.

I took a hotel limousine to airport terminal 2. It was expensive. When we got there I went to get a luggage trolley and the driver dumped my luggage on the side of the rad and disappeared. Unacceptable at that price!

A sofa that becomes a bed is not of good quality and makes a lot of noise.

The hotel has a very good management and everything is done on time. The beach, pools, restaurants and bars are all great. The behavior of the staff is very appropriate.

Everything about the hotel is good. It wasn’t as glamorous as some I have stayed in, however thats an expectation of Dubai and the hotel had everything we needed and is a very nice hotel, there are no negatives as such, a great hotel.

Clean, helpful staff, lots of food options. Entertainment team were great and there are lots of different bar areas and restaurants.
