A big thank you to the Residence Inn by Marriott Al Jadaf. I had a very good start in Dubai, because I came here as an expat. Every member of staff at the hotel was always courteous and polite. I would especially like to emphasise Jasper at the reception. He always helped me quickly and professionally. The room cleaning was excellent. And my room exceeded my expectations. This isn't really a dislike, but more of an observation. The location was not that great in terms of what was within walking distance around us or apealing things to see. I think the area is still under development, so this may get better over time.

The staff was extremly friendly and helpful! The accomodations were excellent, plus the laundry facilities were an extra bonus! I wish more would have been around us. However, the hotel building and staff made up for it. The breakfast was also very good, and it offered out and cold options. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Lovely place, very comfortable, clean and quiet. I had a clear view of the Museum of the Future from my balcony, that was awesome. The bed was so comfortable, waking up was a struggle. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were an extra comfort to pamper ourselves.

The building going on next door was harsh when working in my room during the day. If you out and about you be fine. The pool may be better as an indoor pool, it too noising next to the high way to relax.

No dustpan & Parker incase something spills, requested and non was provided. shower had no personal soap or sponge holder.

It was another home away from home. Travelled solo with a 1, 4 & 12 yrs old kids. Beautiful, spotless aparthotel, with all kitchen accessories and toiletries. Spacious with soft beddings and pillows. Sofa bed was made up for my daughter. Cleaning was perfect, except the cleaner used a dishwasher was 3 cups, which I thought was a waste of water & electricity.

The location was good as it was a short drive to most of my meetings. However, within the immediate vicinity, there are very few buildings within walking distance of the hotel. Walking outside, it felt isolated
