The pool timings need to be extend. Currently the pool were available from 9 to 6, but if it's extend then we can use the pool effectively. The satellite TV facility has to be increased with more channels and the TV is not user friendly

The common women's toilet in lobby was dirty both times I used. The walls between rooms may be thin (not so sound proof?), as we heard snoring noise from next room "neighbour" from 11pm till 7am, our check out time! Definitely not the hotel's fault to have such loud snorer checked in next to our room, but it was unfortunate for us the noise was so audible through the night.

Nice cozy suites/hotel prominantly located across Hilton Hotel, with public beach access of 7 min walk across the road around Hilton which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Puja at front desk is very helpful, friendly, attentive to our needs and queries. Her professionalism is highly commendable, which made our stay here so pleasant.

Long way frm the bus, you have to get a taxi

The Hotel is good value for money, has all you need, pool sauna and a bar next door with lovely staff. The restaurant is excellent, top quality Indian food. Only negative is that there is not much else around apart from the beach and the Hilton resort which I didn't use.

The TELEVISION is a very old. That was not smart TV. I didn't enjoy the TV channels and watching TV. That was really boring. In this year, 2024, I could kot imagine a room that too in UAE without WiFi and Did not have any INDIAN channels or popular or least viewed Western channels.

I think the toilet needs a bit of improvement....he drain of the washbasin in master toilet not working properly. Did not see any carpet mat for praying inside the unit.

Staff are really nice and friendly. Pooja from the reception desk was really cheerful and helpful. The location is good...near to Manar Mall and RAK mall ..5 minute walk to the public beach. Area is peaceful and relaxing. Swimming Pool is temperature controlled so the water is really warm even on a cold day.

The kitchen tools and equipment were very low-quality. We could barely use the pots and pans as they were the non-stick kinds that were so badly worn out and scratched. It's just asking for all the PFAS forever chemicals to leach into your food, so no thanks. We hesitatingly used the least scratched pot we could find. The cooking utensils were the plastic ones that were also worn out and melted in various places. The hotel should just invest in stainless steel cooking tools and equipment. Even the cheapest stainless steel pots and pans and cooking tools can outlast the ones they have for many years. The floor seemed quite dirty as when we were walking barefeet in our unit (as is the custom in our homes), our feet got markedly dirty. Almost all the toilet fixtures had some issues with them - showerhead holders were almost falling apart, the WCs kept leaking water no matter what we did, the towel racks might fall sometime soon.

It's airbnb-style setup with a washing machine and a kitchen that was supposedly useful. The beds were nice. Overall it was spacious for all. The service was prompt. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Price was not cheap but it's reasonable for UAE standards.

Not sure if this property is old already but it needs some maintenance: - AC - maybe cleaning needs to be done on all the ACs (some were not cooling, and the switch was not working) - Bathroom washer / shower head/holder - needs to be changed and fixed - Swimming pool - needs proper cleaning, or increase chlorine, the water is not clear like how it should be. We were the first ones to use in the morning and the water was still bit blurry. Also timings of pool is very short, 9am to 6:30. Usually pools are open from 7am until 8 or 9pm -Internet- should really be upgraded or carrier to change-very slow! And we were not able to connect as the connections were limited, Technician needed to reset the router several times for us to be able to connect -The hotel was fully booked over the weekend and Saturday we called morning for housekeeping just to clean the floor only, they came nearly 5pm! And no available bath mats as it’s all with other guests. We had to wait for like 2 hrs to have the bath mats provided. Suggest to have some cleaning materials inside the apartment like floor brush and kitchen floor mat to use as not every time a mess is done while using the kitchen we would request someone to clean so some materials would be good. Please note, these comments are for management to do some improvements in the hotel.
