Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The staff including the front desk chefs bell boys and all staff I encountered are so friendly hardworking and thoughtful they do everything to make your stay comfortable. The Hotel is beautiful and clean . Whenever I lost an item it was found by the staff ! Thank you to Junaid and everyone there I’ve stayed at atleast 40 hotels in the uae and this one is one of the best :)

AustraliaThe buffet breakfast offering is limited but you can order from a menu. Other hotel guests were the only real negative thing about my experience at the hotel. Whether it was someone knocking on my door at 3am either playing knock a door run or a case of mistaken room number or someone trying to take my table whilst I had gone up to the buffet breakfast. There is nothing negative I can say about the hotel or its employees. From my brief visit to check out the pool, I think maybe some shade on extreme hot days could improve the experience for guests.
Fantastic service, clean, stylish hotel and good value for money. The service from the hotel employees was exceptional. In particular the front desk staff. By far the best service experience I’ve had in any hotel. I’m very lucky to have stayed in many hotels all around the world and my overall experience at Raffles Dubai is up there as one of my favourite. Definitely a hotel that I will be returning to. My fantastic experience started off by being escorted to the front desk by one of the incredible hotel employees who also took care of my luggage. The friendly front desk welcomed me with a smile and was more than helpful, going above and beyond to welcome me to the hotel, explain the hotel facilities and was able to answer some of my questions about the hotel and local area. I was then escorted to my room by another exceptional employee where I was introduced to one of the incredible butlers who provided a quick but informative tour of the room and its functions. Each day the room was thoroughly cleaned, all toiletries and confectionery’s replenished and a visit from the butler to ask if I wanted anything for the room. The hotel was consistently cleaned and all employees would happy greet me as I walked throughout the hotel. Whilst I did not use the pool / spa facilities, I did make the trip downstairs to briefly check them out and have to say I was impressed. Well staffed, clean, modern and quiet. I regret not making use of them during my stay. Before my early departure, I went down to the front desk the night before to settle the bill where the fantastic front desk employee arranged an early morning wake up call and for the room service team to take my order for breakfast in my room. I didn’t ask or expect these but they were welcome recommendations from the front desk team who arranged both for me.
