Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hi, Everything was fine, the 10th floor club food sure got a bit boring with the same old stand,, its much nicer at other 5 star hotels, that was an upgrade for me but if i had to pay i wouldnt have been happy. Breakfast should have more variety but was good enough, bedrooms and balconies are very good and spacious at this hotel, would definiteley return.

The location from the airport is excellent , its about 15 mins from the airport The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. James was very helpful when we were leaving on getting us a taxi to our next designation Breakfast has a good selection There is a small shopping centre fro the hotel.

KenyaPlease take a look at the window blinds. The daylight that comes through the edges and in the middle is quite disturbing in the morning. Should have way of completely blocking out the light.
The location of the property was ideal. We had appointments at Healthcare City and every place was within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival, we were informed of a room upgrade opportunity which we took advantage of. Enjoyed our stay.
