Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandBetter toilet cleaning. It is clean but you can see that it is worn out. Perhaps use better cleaning products.
The staff was very nice and friendly. For our birthday we were even surprised with cake and decoration, very commendable. The location is ok. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 15 to 20 minutes by foot. The outdoor pool on the 64th floor is excellent.

United StatesSometimes, the water at the shower wasn't warm enough and it ran brown. It was probably due to the constructions in the back of the hotel.
Every employee working there is very professional, nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is the best - truly 5 stars. We could see the Burj Khalifa from our windows.

IrelandThere was no aircon on the top floor with the pool maybe that could be better? Also the breakfast was pretty expensive for the selection in our opinions. We would’ve liked to see some scrambled eggs / full Irish type breakfast items to fix a wider audience.
Everything, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredible the welcome we got on arrival was 10/10. Pool was lovely and food was also good.
