Ibn Majid experience was poor, food is bad, almost nothing to eat, and you have to pay for drinks including the water, I will never dine in there again.

Everything was exceptional, me and the family enjoyed every single moment. Special thanks to chef Mahdi from White Orchid Restaurant Palm Tree Hotel. he was so kind and my kids loved him a lot, I would like to thank the rest of the staff. 81 Restaurant was exceptional too, many food varieties, nice hospitality, very kind staff.

we came for the celebration of my wives birthday, they promised me to send a complementary cake but they did not. we had to wait in a queue for the breakfast, I have never had to do that before in any hotel before no matter how crowded it was.

The Swimming pools, the beach, the outside areas in the hotel are all amazing. the rooms are big and nice, the food is really good, the staff are wonderful and loved their attitude and support all amazing.

The buses management was bad. No one except the driver knew which bus was getting where and the driver never reaches the bus stop unless it’s 2 minutes to the ride. The food was alight, not many options. The food at Shooters Club was really bad so I would not recommend it. The breakfast menu has gone down the drain since we visited last time.

We have been staying at JA Palm Tree court for while now. The over ambience of the place is good. You get to do so many things.

Too much waiting time for the buggies. But it was not a big deal.

The Beach was fantastic. Very clean and not too deep. Seating areas were close to the beach and bar. The kids splash pad was brilliant.

Beautiful grounds, calm and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great options of pools, so you can either relax or get into a party vibe. Dinning options are great and very affordable. Food was delicious

I went in the summer and it was very hot, however, this is the case everywhere in the UA. It’s a bit outside the city, so if you are coming from outside the UAE, I would not recommend this place as there are closer options to the city with better transportation options, but it would make a perfect staycation for people resident in the UAE.

The property is fully refurbished. Although the building is old, it looked like a brand new hotel. Very impressive atmosphere and facilities. Did not expect this level of service. Truly 5 stars resort , excellent for a family getaway.

Not a fault of the management... but the place is far away from the city .. no outside-food was allowed in Might not be the most suitable place for people who get offended by people in their swimwear ...

First 2 or three buildings need to renovate and redecoration.

It’s a resort, many swimming pool, worker there very friendly and taking care of the place and the visitors, food nice, big rooms, and the Mr. Vyshak in the front desk made our trip easier and more comfortable.

Water pressure was so low in the toilets, need more food options as palm tree restaurant doesn’t serve lunch and beach hotel restaurant is too small, lake view one was great with lots of variety. The seating areas around the pools need to get bigger to accommodate more people. For example at the splash park, there is only 12 shezlong, many families had to sit on the floor.

Service is great everyone was so nice and welcoming, food was good, room was big with lots of storage. Lots of greenery & peacocks just roaming around in peace. The buggy drivers are super nice, fast and always ready to have a nice talk or offer help. The food quality in general is very good.

The pool water becomes cloudy/dirty due to some guest came from the beach and go directly to the pool without washing their feet.

The sea view and the landscapes were amazing,the peacocks and the sound of water flowing in the garden is so relaxing.

Only there is a delay in the checkin. We arrived at 3pm and just able to get the room at 4pm.

Everything, from the affordable rates including half board package, the room, the view, a lot of pools to choose from, the restaurants and the staff service are all commendable.
