Patio door didn’t shut properly, heard wind blow thru it and traffic. A/C wasn’t cold enough or powerful. Fridge was too small for anything.

The mini fridge.. it’s not working properly as it doesn’t keep the water and drinks cool..

The hotel is clean and close to metro, next to a convenience store, the staff are very nice and professional, I got a free room upgrade, a lot of restaurants near by, the hotel have one of the best Japanese restaurant on 1st floor.. over all the hotel is very good

as we stayed during the hot season we really wanted to use the swimming pool. But it is too small. Too many people there not enough space. I wish they have more space for the swimming pool.

Amazing stay here, it was my birthday and they had decorated the room which was so lovely and special. Staff were friendly. Room spacious and was very clean and cleaned daily. Aircon worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was large. Balcony was great with comfortable furniture. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The pool area although not large, was nice. Great restaurants/ bars onsite (they even played the NRL which was great for us kiwis and the Ausie couple) Location was handy to the marina, blue waters and the plam. Metro near by. Walking distance to the Marina Mall and Pier 7. There is a small supermarket across the road which was handy. Always taxis waiting outside.

There was a problem with the USB ports in my room not working

The room had a great view and was always perfectly maintained and kept clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a broad selection of choices and catered for everyone's taste and the location of the Hotel was perfect for taking a leisurely walk to the Marina, Metro station, Tram station and beach.

They upgraded me to the suite room. OMG the room was amazing. Its 10 min walking to the Dubai Marina Mall and near Dubai Marina, there is also supermarket next to it. They had offer to the beach and food but Unfortunately due to hot weather and high humidity I decided to stay at my room and not the beach :)
