Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Props to Ms. Fatima, Ms. Mona (hope i remeber her name right), Mr. Firaz and the Filipina lady (w/ a short hair), they are always assisting us during our 4 times of stay, early check in assistance, extended stay, and other concerns. Definitely worth it and will gonna book on this same hotel on to our next trip to Dubai.

I like how professional the staff were. I like to commend people from our check-in till check out. For the check-in, I thanked Ms. Fatima who assisted us and it went well and smooth. For Ms. Jean of Banquets I would like to take this opportunity to thanked her for assisting us with our events, She's very helpful and kind and I must say that her assistance is exemplary and always take an extra mile to meet our requirements and she nailed it. Food in our events are mouth watering and I appreciate how it has been arranged at the buffet table. Also to Mr. Pawan of Banquets that every now and then is very helpful to every needs of my colleagues with our Events. Kudos to you guys! Our party became memorable with your help. During our stay, it was a nice room and we liked it. During our check out, Thank you Mr. Firas for your fast service. For sure, Carlton is a nice place to stay having staff who are helpful and kind especially if you will have your Events, contact immediately Ms. Jean and for sure she will help you with the execution of a memorable and wonderful events may it be birthday parties, christmas parties or wedding you can contact her and with a big smile she will assist you to the best that she can.

When I asked for 6th room they said they just tried and money will reverse until evening today is 3rd day nothing came back. For room access they gave only 4 cards 5th they refuse to give even it was finally paid. Front desk was not good at all.
