Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The experience is remarkable, from the time of check in till middle of the stay (they even called me how was my stay going, and asked me if I do have any requests) that point alone gives me an impression of sincerity and warmth. Time of check out handled by Essam with full of smile, and luggage being taken care of by Filipino guy Eman, whose very,very positive and full of energy. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pool and house is very suitable for a family, it’s completely private for those who wear a hijab. And most of all the staff, they are amazing they will not bother you at all, unless you need something. They’re very cooperative and I loved that.

We loved the pool so much, spend most of our time there. Room was spacious and clean,enjoyed the bubble bath in the massive bath tub. Dinner at the Argentine restaurant was spot on! Food was amazing and selection of wine too. Very friendly staff everywhere around the hotel, especially Essam at the front desk and also Harshad at the pool bar.

United Arab EmiratesEverything was great, except it was too much noisy night time, and music sounds, it was difficult for us to avoid the noise and sleep, also while check-in process i found receptionist/registration agent behavior with my kids uncomfortable she seemed annoyed, i felt like i did a mistake by taking my kids in that hotel!!!
The property was clean and perfect, everything was provided, best service and really nice and clean rooms. Recommended specially for cupules.
