Level of services is slow and the smell . Need to refresh the ambiance to be more refreshing upon staying

All the staffs are nice and accommodating, from the receptionists to the house keeping. They assisted us and attended our needs immediately to think that during that time it was hectic time because of the holiday. Breakfast is also good with different choices. The staffs in the breakfast room would even recommend what are the best foods and drinks that you might wanna try.

It was a bit noisy because of UBK downstairs. However, it was a weekend so maybe thats why.

I had a problem with my first room AC - it was too cold and not turning off. The staff upgraded my room to a suite which was a really nice gesture.

Its clean and easy access , however try not to arrive at night as it seems there are a lot of nightclubs or bars so the area gets so extremely busy

The only issue is that reception or duty manager doesn't provide you with the full details related to mini bar and items cost inside the room I took some of the food on the table and I thought they are free for each room but it turns they charge for each one. They should clearify that for the customer that some of things he need to pay for if he used it.

I didn't know that the fees for accessing Riva beach club were not included in the room rate.

This is the first time we encountered such an incident but we have been disturb 2 times during 1 night as 2 different rooms were making a lot of noise. This kind of behavior is a bit pushed because the hotel promotes "drink event" within the lifts and the bar is at the ground floor of the hotel.

We like the place for the staff and the breakfast with a lot of Vegan options. This was the second time we came over there.

The shower leaked, the window was dirty which spoiled the view a little and the lady who checked us in said she would have given us a free upgrade if there were other rooms available, which was frustrating to know we were missing out. She suggested we speak to them the next day and get an upgrade but we were only staying 3 nights so didn’t see the point

Room was too noisy, I guess the balcony door's glass should be thicker. Plus their own restaurant downstairs had super loud live music until after midnight. From the room seemed they were playing inside the room, and at the restaurant itself was impossible to have a conversation. Also had maintenance issues, the shower glass was missing a silicon piece which made the bathroom become a pool each time we showered. Asked for maintenance or extra bath mats but nothing happened. Apart that hotel was nice. Not sure about location as we had a car but seems to be out of the way and the walk to the metro is not so short.

The staff was fantastic, everyone had a nice smile. Especially the kitchen personnel, the cook who made omeletes and chefs Ajay, Purushy and PJ Prakash. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety but they went above and beyond! Nice view, spacious room, amenities. Pool area was a bit small but never crowded.

The hotel pictures are a bit misleading, it looks better than it actually is. Definitely needs to be renovated.

The hotel is fine, but it doesn't look like the pictures advertised. It is much much older and more run-down. It's clean, but some things could definitely do with a refurb/touch up. There were also some things missing from my room like the TV remote, an ironing board etc. Most of the soaps and shampoos were also empty. It would have been nice if the staff had paid a little more attention to this before I checked in.

Location was good, right in the center of JLT and a short walk from the Marina. Room was very spacious and quiet and I had a good nights sleep. The price was pretty good too considered I booked only a few days before my trip and most other hotels had rocketed in price.

Very noisy, construction works outside and poor noise insulation in the room.

JLT is a nice location to stay in Dubai, plenty of walk space, restaurants and such.
