Staff were hospitable, kind and helpful. The location was good and a Mosque close by, was great. The choice of restaurants and supermarkets in the surroundings was excellent. All these made our stay comfortable.

You should work on room cleanness. If you check the things closely. its not clean. Like for example.... coffee kettle was dusty, carpet was not clean, table was dusty, top bedsheet was clean but if you remove front bad sheet you can see the dirty bad sheet.

Bell boy without permission trying to enter the room. Multiple phone calls for no reason or wrong dial from the hotel landline and can't sleep. Housekeeping or Bell boy keep ringing the bells so many time and it's so Annoying. There are good staff from Rom service and housekeeping. In the room glasses are washing from the toilet while am present and so disgusting. .

Overall hotel is good and there are few very good staff.

booking rooms are different from the other room if you pay at front disk the rooms fro booking is the lowest rooms not clean it doesn't worth the money kindly please respect people mind if I use cash in front disk I get better room with only 70 more Drh to add and reserve room through booking it is lately big joke

I regret to say that my recent stay at the Manhattan Hotel in Bur Dubai was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel did not meet the expectations set by its advertised standards. Firstly, the check-in process was extremely slow and disorganized. Despite having a reservation, I had to wait for an extended period while the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy, which set a negative tone for the rest of my stay. The room I was given was a major disappointment. It was evident that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities for the hotel. The linens appeared unwashed, there were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was noisy and barely functional, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the noise levels in the hotel were unbearable. The walls seemed paper-thin, and I could hear every conversation, door slam, and movement from adjacent rooms and the hallway. Despite complaining to the front desk, nothing was done to address the issue. The hotel amenities were also subpar. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. The gym equipment was outdated and poorly maintained, and the advertised pool was closed for maintenance with no prior notice to guests. What truly compounded my frustration was the unhelpful and indifferent attitude of the hotel staff. Any requests for assistance or concerns raised were met with a lack of urgency and a dismissive attitude. It was evident that guest satisfaction was not a priority. Overall, my experience at the Manhattan Hotel in Bur Dubai was highly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and inadequate amenities made for an unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Dubai.
