Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NepalNow they have a night club at the ground floor and you can hear the sound up to the fifth floor until 3 in the morning. Doesn't look like the property is maintained as before. Broken umbrella at the pool side, low quality green tea and coffee bags, etc. which they need to improve. Also, now they start charging a high charge of AED 100 for extra guest which doesn't make sense.
This hotel now operates under new management. I always stay at this hotel during my visit to Dubai. Close to metro, restaurants and market. The other reason I choose this hotel because of sauna. All staffs are very attentive and helpful, specially, Jonathan at the front desk, who provided me free upgrade to a larger room with nicer view and also allowed me for late check out. Bhojraj at the gym/pool and Dawod were also very helpful. Full value of money.

PakistanAt Breakfast one waiter by the name of Kenith was so rude, that if you would request something he would say go get it its right there, completely ruthless, second issue is there is a club with such a loud noise & location is such that you would walk all the way to club to take lift, I was with family & at night there was weird club crowd, drunk so badly & they would shout at security & stare ruthlessly, it’s definitely not a family hotel for sure

NetherlandsThe travel desk (Waleed) is the 2nd worst travel agent I've experienced in my life time. The hotel probably has no connection to the travel desk but they really need to get rid of this man who basically sells by telling blatant lies. If you are reading this review, simply buy an online package instead - it is cheaper and will have better description. The other thing is, the bathroom needs a bit of attention - water in the wash basin drained very slowly.
Due to heavy rain, we arrived at the hotel much earlier than check-in time and Jonathan gladly checked us in as the room was already available. All the staff were polite and helpful. Parking was easy as well once I got to know the location (which is on the backside of the building).

LatviaIt is impossible to add a bar bill to the room invoice and the same for breakfast - if you book a room without breakfast but want to have it - the customer should pay with a credit card every time and breakfast room counter. It is impossible to just add the breakfast value to the room invoice or pay all with one payment at check-out. Means - keep your credit card with you all the time. Before arriving I several times wrote to the Hotel concerning the early check-in possibility. Never received any answer... At check-in, I received an explanation that the hotel could provide it if rooms are available and that is known only when customers checking-in... Why this can't be explained by a simple answer in an e-mail?
Location within 2 minutes walk distance from Metro, very friendly staff, the hotel provides early check-in - need only wait until they finish cleaning up the room. During waiting time provide WiFi access, soft drink... The room was clean and big enough.
