Everything was wonderful! Very fast check-in and check-out, no inconveniences, everything for the convenience of guests, the best reception quality! This is the best apartment in Ras Al Khaimah! The apartment is fully consistent with the photo, modern renovation, good dishes. Very beautiful view from the balcony of the lagoon, attentive host. We really hope to come back here again! We recommend it to everyone for a relaxing holiday!

It is appartment for 2. Kids had to sleep on unfomfortable couches. As well one small minus is that there is a walk to public beach 10mins , and you are not allowed to nearby villas beach which are always empty.

Very nice apartment, with an even nicer location and a view from the balcony. My family had an amazing time spent there. The apartment is fully equipped, and it has good amenities and most importantly, access to an amazing beach. We are already planning to go there again.

We provided the no. of guests but only 2 towels were available. For the price charged, it would be nice to leave some small sachet of shampoo/conditioner and soap for guests, which isn’t expensive.

The apartment boasts an exceptional location and top-notch facilities that are sure to impress. The stunning view and private beach access are simply amazing. beautiful apartment with lovely views. Well equipped with good kitchen appliances. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful and quick to organize extra towels. the sofa bed was easy to make up and very comfortable. lovely quiet area outside and close to local food outlets of all varieties. lovely quiet open beach nearby great for walking dogs.

Location is perfect in the centre of different sightseeing possibilities. Within walking distance lots of nice restaurants at the waterfront. Safe parking garage, great appartment with perfect view and big balcony. The host was very helpful and we booked an unforgettable trip to Musandam. Will come back for sure!

Not a cons but just to keep in mind the apartment is located on the first floor facing to swimming pool which means a lot of potential noise coming from the pool. To make this apartment really outstanding I would suggest to make a slight renovation as there are a lot of missing parts of the furniture, broken lamp, the water is always running out from shower cabine and the floor is always wet in the bathroom. It would be lovely to update kitchenware as it seems to be broken and filter coffee machine. I would also pay a bit more attention to cleaning and add hoover for guests to be able to keep the apartment clean

The location of the apartment is just perfect - located in Mina Al Arab with nice and green neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from marina walk where you can find cafes, supermarket, 5 minutes walk from a lovely wide, long beach from which you can enjoy beautiful view of mountains; you can do jogging along the beach, walk around the park. There is a cafe downstairs - you can grab coffee and have breakfast. The apartment itself is nice and modern - there is a personal touch with many pieces of decor. You can find all essential stuff needed. There is a balcony - you can enjoy fresh air with a nice view. The host was very responsive, supported us very promptly with all needs - thank you!

the toilet lights were not working well. You need to ensure the bedsheets and towels are clean and not too old. also we found someone boxer better to check well to remove other people belongings

Location was superb and the room view was exceptional as it had a beach view. We were welcomed with water and chocolate. Host was responsive. Had went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and I had requested for decor. They decorated the room and I really appreciate it. Really liked the place and would want to visit again.

Amenities missing such as water glasses and mugs. 3 glasses were there but could be replaced with more regular size glasses or bigger glasses.

Loved the lagoon view, check-in & check-out and comfortable bed. The photos I have added to the review are proof the apartment's comfort and magnificence. Food & groceries can be delivered up to the apartment and security guard was very helpful. Parking, pool & gym facilities are also available. Towels and extra pillows were stowed in the cabinet. Sufficient storage, hair dryer & iron were provided too. Property has a balcony with sit-out furniture. Property is perfect for short or long stays as kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and coffee maker. El Mar is accessible from within the building premises and is a quaint cafe serving brilliant breakfast options. We enjoyed the eggs benedict and pistachio lattes served with an amazin view..
