Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

There is incident happen, on 11th of june we have to go for abu dhabi so we awake early and quickly left the room but i gorget to switch off my hair straighter . I was remembered once we left hotel so, i called to reception and request them switch off it . A girl on call was informed me its done but when we came back at night it was still on since morning and really hot a-lot . Happy everything was there was not any kind of mishappening but it could be.
This is my birthday stay here and also its first time at landmark al riqqa . I really like room its very nice, larger in size and facilities was amazing.

United StatesThe hotel atmosphere was Smokey and the smell is not nice in the rooms and also the corridors. Room was good as large but the towels and Pillows are not perfect as they are not also much clean, smooth and comfortable as the standard hotels.
The hotel location was excellent and particularly its a total night city area which you can find food and shopping in all times. their morning breakfast was also good some varieties were available.

United KingdomThe room could do with being renovated, I was on the 2nd floor, bedroom could have with cosmetic improvements, was told currently rooms are being renovated so hopefully will be improved over the next few months! Bathroom needed attention, sink needed fixing alongside some rusty bathroom accessories!
I enjoyed the service from the great staff Sarika, Islam and another young lady (goldie) or something like that her name was. I arrived earlier then check in time, with a bad headache, got my room earlier due to communicating with staff. (Apart from 1 male individual at breakfast, needing some training & customer service skills at breakfast area - constantly messaging on his phone).

Malaysiathere is a restaurant(Philipine & India meal, and some western meal) on Ground floor. and 3 minutes walk to the shopping mall.
Location is nearby the shopping mall and restaurant and department store. it will be good to buy foods vegetable and fruites and others, many restaurants with differences countries. and about 300 meters to the Metro station.

LithuaniaThe room need reconstraction at all. Some room's corners places were dusty and dirty. Also, outside the room it was reconstraction of new carpet, so we can feel the smoke of the glue. We have asked non-smoking room, but every time i could smell the smoke of the cigarets. Maybe ventilation system works not corect. Also, i had heard in the room the noise of trafic outside. I have looked and found out: the window was not closed at all. But, it was demage, and we couldnt close it to the end. During our visit, the pool was in reconstraction also. Hotel recomended to visit the other pool in othe Landmark hotel.
The location of the hotel and sweet towels in the wc room were good!

Sri LankaI don't like the bathroom facilities because they look old and dirty. Another issue I have with the room is the bed. It has a main switch and some plug points on the top of the bed, which are covered with pillows. I find this setup to be both dangerous and inconvenient.
The hotel is good and can't agree with some of the other bad reviews about the hotel. I am fully satisfied with my stay. because it has facilities for the amount of money that we had to spend. We can not expect a five-star hotel experience though. So it's fair and that's the true value for the money. The staff is also friendly and supportive. I appreciate your service.

Good location, staff's are friendly and responsive. No breakfast (food delivery possible). There is an attached restaurant on the ground floor which serves lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were a bit old and needed some maintenance. Met my expectations for the price I booked it.

KenyaOur stay was awesome and staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and neat. The staff and the tours desk guy helped us organize our dessert safari. The staff also organized for a taxi to the airport. The hotel is beautiful and awesome staff.
The hotel location is excellent. The metro was just around the corner which made movement easier. They have an excellent breakfast.
