Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The staff were fantastic and literally did anything and everything they could to make my first time there as memorable as possible. Bella at the front desk was AMAZING as she accommodated me with every request I had with the room the spa service and more! And Ram from the valet service did a brilliant job too. The hotel staff were all great from the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff and the service was Excellent ! If your coming ask for Bella she will sort your stay out !

SlovakiaEverything was great, 10/10 would come again. Staff was very kind, rooms were clean and we slept like babies there! Food was amazing, every day something new to try. Pool and beach were amazing as well, with lot of space to relax. The gym is perfect, fully equipped. They also let us stay at the hotel after check out and let us use all the hotel facilities, so we relaxed by the pool and took a shower before departure, which was great because our flight was later in the evening.

United Arab EmiratesThe dinner buffet was not that great in taste and below the average in variety.thus, not a good value fot money. One salad (Tabbouleh) was empty, and we requested fillup without a response. Cola was served not cold, and I had to request another one with ice. We requested a room with a pool view, and it was confirmed. However, the balcony was exactly the opposite. The beach is tiny.
The pool is very big and clean, and the floating deck at the beach made a difference. The studio is clean and spacious and well fits 4 persons. Breakfast was good with the expected level of variety. Cakes in breakfast and dinner were very special. The staff was kind.

A wonderful hotel with its own beach and swimming pool. Clean, cozy and beautiful. Very polite and attentive staff, always asking if you need anything. They let us early check-in and late check-out. For my wife and son's birthday, they brought a pie with a drink to the room, it was very nice. Incredibly huge selection of food in the restaurant. If food is not included in the price of the reservation, you can buy it right before breakfast, lunch or dinner at a fairly reasonable price. The restaurant operates on a buffet system. The hotel has a free shuttle to Yas Island if you have tickets for the attractions. Definitely will return to this hotel again.
