All the staff were very helpful and kind. Receptionist Abdelrahman was the best we’ve ever met. We made our booking at the last moment, and he was able to find a room that was perfect for us. Location is perfect.

I loved the beach ,the pool and the diversity of the breakfast buffet. I also asked for a special decoration for my anniversary which they did and gave us complimentary cake and a lovely handwritten card.

Food is not served in the pool/beach area until noon which ruins your plans of breakfast by the water.

Spacious room! Got upgraded for free at check-in to a balcony room and the view was amazing.

Nothing I would highly recommend this place for a first time traveller and we'll worth the money too !

The staff were fantastic and literally did anything and everything they could to make my first time there as memorable as possible. Bella at the front desk was AMAZING as she accommodated me with every request I had with the room the spa service and more! And Ram from the valet service did a brilliant job too. The hotel staff were all great from the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff and the service was Excellent ! If your coming ask for Bella she will sort your stay out !

Everything was great, 10/10 would come again. Staff was very kind, rooms were clean and we slept like babies there! Food was amazing, every day something new to try. Pool and beach were amazing as well, with lot of space to relax. The gym is perfect, fully equipped. They also let us stay at the hotel after check out and let us use all the hotel facilities, so we relaxed by the pool and took a shower before departure, which was great because our flight was later in the evening.

The dinner buffet was not that great in taste and below the average in variety.thus, not a good value fot money. One salad (Tabbouleh) was empty, and we requested fillup without a response. Cola was served not cold, and I had to request another one with ice. We requested a room with a pool view, and it was confirmed. However, the balcony was exactly the opposite. The beach is tiny.

The pool is very big and clean, and the floating deck at the beach made a difference. The studio is clean and spacious and well fits 4 persons. Breakfast was good with the expected level of variety. Cakes in breakfast and dinner were very special. The staff was kind.

The evening buffet was nice but not up to the standard of the breakfast.

We arrived late and the night staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was larger than expected and the view was lovely. The breakfasts are some of the best we have ever encountered and excellent value for money.
