Nothing, love this hotel!

I LOVE this hotel. I’ve lived in Dubai over 15 years and love staycations and I’ve been to this hotel many times. Favorite things which make this hotel stand out from its competitions: - Best spa I’ve ever been to, it’s Huge and complimentary to hotel guests. Also it’s separated into ladies only and a totally separate area for men only. Very relaxing with a big indoor pool as well. - Huge bath in each hotel room - buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied and the room is in a ball room with chandeliers - welcome drinks upon checkin (although this isn’t consistent as sometimes there is someone offering them and sometimes there isn’t) - the hotel have their own private proper indoor cinema with free popcorn and water. They have kids movies during the day and ones for the older customers at night. - lovely outdoor pool and beach with shells to be picked at the shore that are very pretty - nice customer care, such as someone coming around to clean your sunglasses for free, and free ice cream pops in the hotter months.

One of the staff was very rude and gave me attitude upon my arrival at the reception. It was a complete turn off. If it wasn't for my ling commute from abudhabi and having my family with me I would have left. The other manager on duty Camelia rescued the situation and helped us out and solved the issue. So many issues with booking have arisen during my stay with staff interrupting our meals while in restaurant questioning the number of rooms and guests it was so frustrating and rude when all of the information and id's were provided at the reception Thevreception is already aware of this why send us a staff to question this information everything I'm at the restaurant it's extremely poor service and quite rude to happen at a 5 star hotel with the amount we are paying!!!

The pool outdoors is not covered hence a little hard to enjoy with the harsh heat but otherwise all the facilities were great. Very Kids friendly.

The breakfast is an absolute delight. Everything is of good quality from maple syrup to the cooked dishes. We really liked it.

The staff called me several times to pay the spa extras I asked them several times to put the charges on my room but without a success To be called 5 times in row on my mobile and 5 times in my room on my room number is just not polite?!!

The room was nice but with a very loud Air conditioning..Which is strange for an hotel of this class..I asked the room service twice to fix the loud air-conditioning The furniture in the room start to get old and need refreshing Breakfast is just great Pool is clean and superb

Extremely expensive to eat! Nothing close by either… Too far out of town too. We would have dined in their multiple restaurants if they hadn’t charged over the top prices.

Location for me was too far away from places I need to go to. I needed more options for my type of exercise routine, however, it didn’t matter as I had a knee injury and wouldn’t have been able to do it anyway

Really great staff. Beach staff exceptional. Spa amazing, should have made more use of it. Food great. Shops, bought loads!!

the breakfast facilities are too small and there was a little bit of waiting to get into the room

I have been living in Dubai for 12 years and like to do little staycations with my kids. We tired the Atlantis hotel a few weeks ago and it was so disappointing we checked out one day earlier. BUT this week in Zabeel Saray it was the opposite we didn't want to leave. The villa was beyond our expectations although it's not updated in a while you still come inside and feel the wow effect. There is even a private gym, your park your car in your own garage and can jump in the pool from your living room window. The kids club has a small waterpark for the kids which was great and the baby pool in the main pool is shaded.

Check in process takes quite a long time It was our anniversary event, which I mentioned in my booking, but still I had to request them again to have some special preparation and complementary gift, which they did it later nicely There was no bath robs

It is not the first time to stay in Zabeel Saray, a very luxurious place with best prices compared to other Jumeirah group resorts Big room, comfortable bed A variety of good restaurant options, Lebanese, Indian, Japanese and south American cuisine Very good breakfast at imperial restaurant Long private beach, very clean and very well served
