Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandKing deluxe room Bed was incredibly comfortable and large and the best pillows. Huge bathroom, nice balcony, lots of space, lots of complimentary toiletteries that get refilled daily, pod coffee machine. Turn down service in the evening. Pool and beach area was amazing. Always got a sun lounger. Free sunscreen, lots of towels, water in a chiller bag with ice. Someone comes around with ice lollies and to clean glasses. The staff are incredible everywhere we went. Friendly and nothing is too big. Half board package is worth the money. Breakfast buffet is incredible and all of the restaurants provided delicious food.

South AfricaThe hotel receptionist John, very rude and an unpleasant person to talk to. His attitude stinks. Really destroyed our mood. I would not book at this hotel if I have to see him at reception. Condescending attitude, seemed like a race issue, as we noticed he was very pleasant towards European patrons. Took him 45 minutes to arrange a porter to our room. We usually stay at Atlantis Roayl or Palm, and the service there is impeccable. John, if you want to work in the hospitality industry, then you need to he pleasant towards your guests and treat all guests the same. Lady at Concierge was very good and polite.

Upon arrival the hotel staff looked after us and made us feel so relaxed after a long flight. The juice on arrival was so refreshing, the transporting our luggage to our room took the effort out of checking in. Babo on the beach made us feel so welcomed with complimentary water, ice pops and towels. To be able to order our beverages and snacks from our sun beds was paradise. The cleaning staff went over and above to celebrate our honeymoon, thank you Samud for the towel swans and chocolates on multiple days! Also thank you to Olena for helping us to organise our dessert trip, the Frame, the Aquarium, and the Burj Kalifa trips! Best hotel ever, we will be back ❤️
