Would be good to have more activities available / advertised. It's a lovely resort, but limited beachside activities / sports.

A beautiful property, in a stunning location. The rooms were amazingly comfortable (we had the Ocean Terrace King Room), comfy beds, attentive staff across the whole resort and restaurants. It was my birthday during the stay and the staff really make you feel special. We had amazing food at the restaurants including Tean, Sal and Mare Mare. Especially loved the setting of Sal with it's beachside seating. I will definitely be back!

Mare Mare is not that great. We dined on a Saturday nighy. You need to make sure the chef is Italian because nor the taste or the price is justified.

The location is amazing, the rooms are spacious with a great view. Feels new and clean!

Check-out took quite a while, queue management can be improved. Sink was clogged, strong chlorine smell in the bath water, bed smelled like piss - we brought these issues to the reception the next day and they were quickly fixed. There were lots of birds every morning at breakfast area sometimes eating food out of customers' plate - if we're not careful disease can spread this way.

A well-run property, lobby area is very impressive, pool area amazing, gym is massive. We appreciated the room upgrade, aesthetic of the room is top-notch, with minor problem such as the sink tap is built too close to the sink so you will likely scratch your hand while using the sink. The breakfast spread were amazing. All in all ,we will return to this hotel again.

The bedroom was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We had room 239 which is a disabled accessible room. The large rug was a slight trip hazard for my disabled husband, who shuffles when he walks. Apart from that, the room was large, bright, very well equipped and had a view of the beach and the amazing blue sea. The staff in the hotel are probably the best I’ve ever encountered. Very efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked and also catered for vegetarians and vegans. The breakfast was so good, it became one of the highlights of our day😂. There are two family swimming pools and one adults only pool. All very inviting and not too busy. Pool staff were very attentive and moved our pool brolly to keep us in the shade as the sun moved round. We went to the sports bar to watch Manchester United v Man City. It was very, very busy and could have had more staff on, although the manager worked very, very hard. He was excellent! The whole experience was wonderful, and if in the area again, I would definitely use this hotel.

Everything! The venue, the staff, the food, the rooms, everything was just perfect! It was our anniversary, and when we got to the room, there was a complementary bottle of champagne, huge basket of fruit, a box of chocolates, and a delicious chocolate mousse cake. We felt so spoilt, thank-you!
